Refined Teochew spot with polished service. Highlights: comforting wagyu brisket & radish soup, tangy-sweet steamed eel, luxe mee pok with pork liver & silky egg white with caviar.

Ordered a cappuccino, staff at the counter asked for my name and I paid. Waited for awhile realising it’s taking a tad too long for the coffee to be made only to realise my name was never called out. It was just left sitting on the counter getting cold. Froth was terrible, probably because it’s been there for awhile and there wasn’t any sprinkle of chocolate on top. Not sure if this is the Starbucks coffee standard but I just feel like I was drinking watered down milk rather than coffee. If my name was too difficult, clarify. Not just leave as it is.

Cool respite in the middle of busy-mall Orchard Ion. The place is relatively clean given the high traffic and staff keeps it tidy and neat, going around the place to do occasional checks. Got a chicken foldover (my fav!) and an iced matcha (6 scoops matcha) for a quick lunch because all the basement 2 eateries are fully packed. Will come back again but they lack sufficient counter seats (again, my fav). Also, the lighting isn’t very good for reading or writing but computer work is fine.

Coffee and drinks as per star bucks standards , they get quite busy during the day so staff overwhelmed with orders , but okay overall .

Afiq was really nice. He noticed I was coughing and poured a glass of warm water without me asking. His kindness and personal touch are very much appreciated.

Cozy and comfy place to chill out and drink coffee. Atmosphere is good. Food and drink are nice. So far I found the barista here always pay attention and follow my drink customisation, and I got it correct as my request/expectation. And the food always reheated with the right temperature and it’s still hot when arrive to my table and even though I took some time to take pics and still hot when I eat it.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. The female server had a bad attitude and rushed me while taking my order. Eventually, my drink was made wrong. I clearly ordered two iced drinks and one hot drink, but she insisted she repeated my order correctly, even though she didn't say 'I repeat your order now.' She made a mess of my order and arrogantly thought she repeated it accurately. When I said I couldn't have the cold drink, I asked if she could change it to a hot one. She was extremely rude and aggressively said, 'Come here and pay, then I'll change it for you!' Can't she even differentiate between 'hot' and 'ice'? Even when her colleague asked her to exchange it for me, she refused. Why be so forceful after making a mistake!

Female staff very rude! I think she is new here! Poor customer service! She made my order wrong. When I requested her to change my order! She throw the wrong order in sink in forcefully. Worst

Peace quiet and to eat my lunch at ION Orchard Starbucks.

If people don't realise, this outlet, Liat Towers and the Pacific Plaza outlet (non-aircon btw!) charge slightly more (about $0.30 more) than the Starbucks outlets elsewhere in Orchard. There is no reason to crowd here. Also, after the renovation, the place has lost it's cosy warm feel. Replaced by a sterile bright "modern" look with terrible seating arrangements.
