Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisine at ION Orchard brings the refined flavours of China's Teochew region to Singapore in an elegant setting that befits the restaurant's reputation as one of the city's premier Chinese dining destinations. The restaurant specialises in the subtle, clean flavours that characterise Teochew cuisine, highlighting the natural taste of premium ingredients through precise cooking techniques and light seasoning that lets quality speak for itself rather than masking it with heavy spices.
Signature dishes include the slow-braised goose that has become legendary among local food enthusiasts, prepared using traditional methods that achieve tender meat and rich depth of flavour without losing the ingredient's essential character. The menu also features Teochew classics such as steamed fish with lime and chilli, oyster omelette, and various seafood dishes that showcase the cuisine's emphasis on fresh ingredients prepared with minimal intervention to preserve natural flavours and textures.
The restaurant creates an atmosphere of refined elegance that matches the quality of the cuisine, making it a popular destination for business lunches, family celebrations, and special occasions where diners seek both exceptional food and an environment that elevates the dining experience. The attentive service and extensive wine list featuring options that complement Teochew flavours add to the restaurant's appeal as a complete fine dining destination rather than merely a place to satisfy hunger.

Came here on recommendation by someone in our dining party who had great praise for this place. Glad to note that this turned out to be as expected, if not better.
Although the place was pretty packed on a Sunday for lunchtime, we could still have a decent conversation and not be bothered by chatter from other tables. The dining environment was classy as it should be at a fine dining establishment but not that overwhelming and still cosy enough for gatherings.
The dishes we ordered were generally well-received by our group. Personal favourites were the braised duck and cuttlefish platter, crispy rice rolls, pan-fried carrot cake, bamboo clam with vermicelli, the fried mee sua, sauteed squid in Teochew style and orh nee.
The biggest surprise for me was finding deep-fried chicken cartilage here which was done nicely and crunchy. It's not easy to find this dish in restaurants and among the times I tried it at other places, they were largely disappointing. Glad to finally find a version which was very satisfying.
Service was generally prompt and attentive.
Of course, the high quality from an all rounder like this did come at a price so this is probably somewhere reserved for special occasions or when you want to give yourself a good treat.

Had a lovely family lunch here today. We really enjoyed the dim sum and braised meats. Special thanks to Mei Mei for her thoughtful and attentive service. She noticed I was cutting food for my child and promptly offered a knife and fork without me asking. Plates were changed regularly, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant.

Great food and great service. I love to come here for dinner as like having dinner at home, very relaxed and enjoyable. Very well served by all staff namely Karen, Maggie, Alice, Jicket, and many many more staff. Thank you to the chef and the team for taking care of us well whenever we are here.

Love the braised duck here! The Siew Mai a tad salty. But the rest of dishes very good! Especially the chicken cartilage, the Cheong Fun.

Delicious Teochew dishes and top-notch service at Imperial Treasure ION. Special thanks to Mr. Andy Lau and Ms. Karen Chan, the restaurant managers, for their warm and attentive hospitality. They made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Will definitely be back!
