Went into COS during lunchtime in search of some winter clothing for my upcoming trip. I didn’t want to browse through the whole shop to look for what I wanted, so I approached a sales assistant, Luq Man, for help. He was patient and helpful in bringing things out from the storeroom based on my requirements. After a quick 10 minutes of choosing what I wanted, he even asked if I required a new piece before heading to the counter to check out my items. When it came to packing my new purchases, he went above and beyond by asking me to take a seat at the couch, and he passed me my items after wrapping them up. 10/10 for his service!

Great experience at COS Ion, thanks to Akmal. I went in to try and find two pieces no longer available in my size online. Akmal helped me find the items and suggested sizes for me based on the different cuts. I ended up finding a lot more than I originally had in mind, and all fit great. Thank you!

Zann was so helpful in helping me pick out my basics! Loved the customer service, they were even helping me find some jeans to match my white top when I was in the fitting rooms. Lovely to meet you guys, super quality clothing, will definitely be back! :)

Great store. Was looking for something similar to Massimo Dutti, but with better customer service. COS was definitely that. Sean was very helpful and patient & gave some good recommendations. Will be back!

Im a huge fan of COS and have been buying online. The COS store in Ion is beautiful, pristine and big. The collection is large. The team were all so nice & helpful. Special thank you to Brandon who was very friendly and for helping me catch a small mistake on the price tag before I paid. He also diligently made sure my items were clean and didnt have defects. Will definitely come back when Im in SG!

I love to shop at this store as the staff here is friendly and helpful. I met the SA who served me at Raffles City and was transferred to Ion . Always happy to serve by her too!

Always back here for the amazing selection of pants. The cut and fabric is always excellent. Further fueled by amazing service from Jess and her recommendations on how to style the pieces. Can never leave COS empty handed!

My go-to boutique whenever I need timeless pieces. Their designs never age and have great quality as it withstands many washes and seasons. It’s definitely not H&M or Zara pricing and quality. Cashier on evening shift was nice to bring me 2 more pcs of the same white vest to compare the workmanship before paying.

The sales executives were helpful, polite, and pleasant. I love the brand (COS) because the quality of the cutting and materials remains unmatched. I bought a dress and some tops five years ago, and I’m still wearing them today.
