Staff is very friendly. Walked into about an hour before they are able to close. Took very long to decide what to get. But staff was very patience and also help in the decision making and recommendations.

I recently visited Tissot Ion, and I was impressed by the store's elegant layout and the wide range of timepieces on display. The ambiance was sophisticated, enhancing the overall shopping experience. The service quality at Tissot Ion was excellent! The staff were attentive and friendly. providing assistance without being overly intrusive. They answered my queries with professionalism, which made browsing through the collections more enjoyable.

Really chilled and relaxed purchase as a first time watch holder. Staff were patient and friendly to explain the different models. Very happy customer here!

Great store. Was looking for something similar to Massimo Dutti, but with better customer service. COS was definitely that. Sean was very helpful and patient & gave some good recommendations. Will be back!

Im a huge fan of COS and have been buying online. The COS store in Ion is beautiful, pristine and big. The collection is large. The team were all so nice & helpful. Special thank you to Brandon who was very friendly and for helping me catch a small mistake on the price tag before I paid. He also diligently made sure my items were clean and didnt have defects. Will definitely come back when Im in SG!
