I recently visited Dr. Carmen for Botox and skin texture improvements. From the first consultation, she was warm, professional, and never pushy. She explained the procedure in simple terms, gave realistic expectations, and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was smooth and surprisingly painless. The results were amazing — natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. The clinic was clean and calming, and the staff were super friendly. I felt very safe and looked after. Highly recommend if you're looking for an aesthetic doctor who listens and delivers excellent, natural results.

I had a wonderful experience at this Truglow Medical aesthetic clinic. The staff were warm, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable—almost like chatting with friends. They were professional and reassuring throughout my visit. Dr Stella was equally thorough and approachable, and the procedure was almost painless. Dr Carmen Lee is an amazing doctor. My skin has improved tremendously. I am on a laser + peel program with them and it has been a great journey so far. Cody, Emmy and Stella are also very friendly and hospitable each time.

The carpark is quite spacious and is linked to both Taste Orchard and Cuppage Plaza, as well as Orchard Point Serviced Apartments on the higher level. Carpark entrance is along Koek Road.

I had purchased a package with GuiRenTang some time ago. At the point of purchase, I was told that the package had no expiry date. However, when I recently tried to make use of it, I was informed that they had “migrated their system” and could not find my records. This is clearly an internal issue, since the last time I attempted to book an appointment, the staff had no problem verifying my remaining sessions. I was then referred to Vivian, who promised to help locate my records. Unfortunately, she has been extremely irresponsible and unresponsive. Despite me following up over 2–3 weeks, she did not provide any updates. When I finally reached her again, she assured me that she would arrange an appointment for Sunday, but she never followed through and I have not heard from her since, very insincere personnel. This repeated lack of accountability and action has completely eroded my trust in this business. It is exactly this kind of irresponsible handling that makes consumers wary of signing package deals. Based on my experience, I strongly would not recommend GuiRenTang, as the money you pay may not materialize into the services promised. I’m done chasing and I take it as spending money for a lesson. AVOID

It was incredibly bad; the dye color faded completely in a week. The environment was also terrible; the hair washing area was filthy, and the salon even smelled like spicy hot pot.

I come here weekly for my hair wash! It’s my go to place because of good service and comfort. Look for P and Kim, they are really lovely and always ensure I am comfortable. Looking forward to try out their treatment too. Highly recommended ☺️

Good shop for children. The shop is located in the busy market in Orchard Road Singapore. Many choices of the clothes, toys, home needs and more on sale. Take about 20 min to look around because they have too much stuff. The worker staff are friendly and helpful.I recommend is you are in the area don'r hesitate to visit this shop.
