Drink was pretty mid. The staff was very rude though - there were no greeting but only silent stare until I verbalized what I want (after 5 seconds). Pretty neat place but you can bet on the staff to come wipe the tables (bonus: no paper towels seen anywhere in store too!)

Don't like the matcha latte. No oomph, not creamy enough. Tongue felt furry after finishing it. Sgd6.5 for regular size. Don't like that there was plastic lid for dine in, so not environmentally friendly. Cashier was alright, ambience was good, everyone chilling and there was soft background pop music, aircon also not too cold. Stools were hard, not the most comfortable. Overall not a place I will come back to again.

$9 matcha and it was made in 1 min. Unfortunately one of the worst matcha I’ve had in Singapore, it was served to me oddly very quickly. The service was haphazard too. I can’t even blame the lack of staff because they looked pretty padded today. My friend bought a long black - coffee tasted burnt. Would recommend getting coffee somewhere else

Had high expectations but the standard of coffee definitely does not warrant the price. We ordered the ice matcha, iced americano and iced latte. We received the order very quickly however the caffeinated drinks were made with shots that were already sitting out, underextracted and over acidic taste. The matcha was decent and service staff was were still very pleasant.

Located inside ION, it’s relight next to Nespresso (if it help to navigate) Cafe seats about 24pax comfortably. Closes early at 8pm (this is my 2nd attempt) Staff : Honestly not very warm for a Sunday morning. A little too chill for service, an area to improve. Then again if I was a teenager, I would think she is very cool 🤷‍♂️ However, she was polite and I managed 1 smile outta her 😎 Coffee : If you order a milk base coffee, you get to add on the edible cup. Which is why I’m here in the first place. To try and “makan” my coffee cup 😂. In all honesty, both my coffees ☕️ were good. I mean it’s pulled from a Lamazocco machine, what can go wrong? But……. Eating the cup was another story all together. I felt I was eat cupboard. So, it wasn’t my kinda novelty-niche-cool sorta thing. I mean, it has no taste and to actually “eat it” you will need more coffee to wash it down. Now how do you do it if the coffee is in the cup that ya trying to eat? 😂😂😂😂 #mindblownmoment Pastry : Pear Crumble 🥧 and Kaya Croissant 🥐 are not too bad. Note : do ask staff to heat it up more for you. (Mine was just warm) It’s a nice chill place to down a cuppa if you are shopping 🛍️ in ION becuase it is located is a nice corner of the mall. The lightnings 🕯️are dimish and the back rest chairs 🪑are comfortable, place is clean and plays chill out music 🎶 .

Ordered their Magic, Melbourne’s secret white coffee and it taste very much like Australian’s flat white. There are plenty of seating area inside.

I rated a 4 star for the coffee as the coffee was to my liking, the blend carries an arabica aroma and blends well in a large white signature blend. It was quite satisfying unfortunately the staff packed a Kaya toast for me not toasted. I asked to warm up the Kaya toast but nevertheless I don’t think it will taste good even warmed up. Overall, I think it is a good place if you want to grab a decent coffee to go.

Puzzle Coffee in Melbourne crafts a well‑balanced, lightly roasted espresso that showcases bright fruit, gentle nuttiness, and a whisper of bitterness,yielding a clean and engaging cup. While I appreciated its elegance, I personally prefer my coffee bold and assertive,something with the fuller body and intensity often found in a darker roast or a blend with robusta.

Tried the matcha latte. Matcha syrup is premade in a bottle and not freshly whisked. Rich matcha notes and liked that it comes unsweetened. However, because the syrup was inside the fridge, the temperature of the latte wasn’t as hot as I liked in my usual latte. My drink went cold quite quickly. Nice, smooth and aromatic coffee. Service staff lacks warmth. But the place was nice and quiet on a Saturday, good respite from the bustling orchard crowds. Would be even better if coffee was served in proper mugs for dining in.

I really loved this café! The coffee was delicious, and the croissant was also very tasty. Highly recommend it! Located inside ION, it’s relight next to Nespresso
