Afiq was really nice. He noticed I was coughing and poured a glass of warm water without me asking. His kindness and personal touch are very much appreciated.

Cozy and comfy place to chill out and drink coffee. Atmosphere is good. Food and drink are nice. So far I found the barista here always pay attention and follow my drink customisation, and I got it correct as my request/expectation. And the food always reheated with the right temperature and it’s still hot when arrive to my table and even though I took some time to take pics and still hot when I eat it.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. The female server had a bad attitude and rushed me while taking my order. Eventually, my drink was made wrong. I clearly ordered two iced drinks and one hot drink, but she insisted she repeated my order correctly, even though she didn't say 'I repeat your order now.' She made a mess of my order and arrogantly thought she repeated it accurately. When I said I couldn't have the cold drink, I asked if she could change it to a hot one. She was extremely rude and aggressively said, 'Come here and pay, then I'll change it for you!' Can't she even differentiate between 'hot' and 'ice'? Even when her colleague asked her to exchange it for me, she refused. Why be so forceful after making a mistake!

Female staff very rude! I think she is new here! Poor customer service! She made my order wrong. When I requested her to change my order! She throw the wrong order in sink in forcefully. Worst

Peace quiet and to eat my lunch at ION Orchard Starbucks.

If people don't realise, this outlet, Liat Towers and the Pacific Plaza outlet (non-aircon btw!) charge slightly more (about $0.30 more) than the Starbucks outlets elsewhere in Orchard. There is no reason to crowd here. Also, after the renovation, the place has lost it's cosy warm feel. Replaced by a sterile bright "modern" look with terrible seating arrangements.

First time stepped into Tag H @ ion. Pleasantly served by Mr Zhiwei. My Aussie nephew bought a aquaracer prof200 automatic after he briefed him all the Tag watches. He’s a professional salesperson , He’s amicable and approachable. Have a blessed year ahead Mr Zhiwei.

Visited the Tag Heuer ION Boutique recently to check out their latest Monaco and Carerra collection. I saw and read about them on IG and YouTube, and decided to see them in person. I always have a strong affection for the brand. My first Tag Heuer was a 2000 series bought back in 1991, when I just started working. I still have that watch in my collection. It saw me through my early career, and brings back lots of good memories. Both the Monaco and Carerra are two of the most iconic and timeless pieces that really needs no introduction. Both been around for the last 50 over years and have a very rich history. Personally I think they are somewhat underrated, and overlooked by the watch community. They deserves a lot more attention, popularity and love. The Carrera Tourbillon in green (my personal favorite) was simply breathtaking. Videos on YouTube and photos on IG simply does not do them any justice. It is a piece that one must see in person to be totally mesmerised. The Monacos are really handsome pieces, they gets your heart pumping and racing but my heart is leaning towards the Carreras, especially the tourbillons. Nevertheless they are all very well made pieces, case and lugs are well sized, comfortably balanced, and sits almost perfectly on my wrist. I really look forward to adding both a Monaco and a Carerra to my humble collection. It was a truly enjoyable experience, time very well spent in the boutique. A big shout out to the Tag Heuer team for their wonderful and generous hospitality, they are all fabulous. In particular we would like to thank Ms Cynthia Lim for her warm, genuine and impeccable service, her attention to detail, enthusiasm and professionalism. For those reading this review and are considering in buying a Tag Heuer, I would strongly recommend that you drop by the boutique. You’ll be glad you did!
