For work purposes, we came here today looking for outfits suitable for our project. Thanks to the warm and helpful assistance from these two lovely staff members, Mikey and Nick, we quickly found the right items. The whole experience was pleasant, efficient, and enjoyable. A big thank-you for making our shopping so smooth and delightful today!

The store floors should be housekeeped and sweeped clean. I find the fitting rooms very dirty and full of hair as though it hasn’t been cleaned for awhile. I have to try on clothes without touching the dirty floor. It does not give me a good shopping experience.

Came twice on weekday with my little boy. Place not crowded. Need to get a shirt for hubby, both time no staff bother to attend to me. I even have to measure and check shirt size myself. Went to payment counter on male floor level, found out could not use Nets. Click on cancel and the male malay staff assume I was going to walk away with the shirt, talk to me in a loud and rude manner. Told me to just go upstairs to settle payment.

Good job team! I went to the ion store with no idea on what to choose. But the staff shows me around and give suggestions on what to get for my niece for her formal event ,shes around her age. My niece love the outfit. I'm so thankful to her for her ideas. Should keep n recognize such staff! Good job team! Will patronize the stores again. Keep it up dear staff.

They have lots of assortment during sale period. It is quite convenient self services in fitting room and purchase; Self check in fitting room_ tag your items at the entrance then, get in the assigned fitting room then tag again when you go out from fitting room. For the purchase with a card, there are posts for self check out as well which lessen waiting time by separating purchases and return or exchange.

A very expensive fast food joint. A set of little hamburger, little fries and a milkshake cost over S$36. The patty is kinda dry. I did not enjoy this meal. Fries was ok, not so little. The music is so loud that I had difficulty hearing the cashier staff. Service was ok at the cashier staff but the lady who was helping at the collection counter was friendly and helpful

Very commendable service. Came on 14 Sept lunch time and there was an elderly server who was very friendly and helpful. The cashiers were also very receptive and quick with requests and orders (like when we asked for hot sauce) and food came quite fast. Foodwise the fries and burgers were the best items imo. The big sized burger is q large so I got the little bacon cheeseburger its still filling. The cajun fries was also as good it was salted really well (if you like saltier and flavourful fries like me). I recommend buying 1 large fries to share between multiple people. Place has free flow ketchup, napkins etc. Able to request free sauce from counter. It gets crowded around peaktime but even around 11am there was still space to sit and the queue wasnt that long. Place was clean and buying was efficient. The only downside I can think of is the price its more expensive that a normal fast food chain but if you eat occasionally its still ok imo.

Milkshake was amazing. Would do without the bacon next time. The staff are even more amazing. I watched the staff (Aunty Jennifer?) clean out the gaps between the bench seats. She was also v friendly with the international school students. Amazing service standards in today’s age 😍👍⭐️ …

For a satisfying cheat day meal or a quick, premium fast-food fix, this is a solid choice in the heart of Orchard Road. Sadly they don't do the iconic free peanuts in Singapore.
