The store Zara located at ion, the service is so bad. I went there on 08 May25. Wanted to purchase a white T-shirt. Request for a new piece , the staff said have to wait for 15mins, fine. When the staff came back with the new T-shirt and pass to me, and it had some stain with black marker ink on the T-shirt.(Don’t know really isit a new pc). After the staff tell me to wait for another 15mins to take another new piece for me. This is ridiculous, the staff don’t even check the item, and it wasting my time. Really nonsense. I rather go to other locations. Wanted to purchase 1 clothes also so difficult. The service is really very bad.

The Zara was so messy, many loud tourists with no self awareness, throwing clothes everywhere. Fitting room so dirty and full of dust. Many clothes bought had stains, buttons and zippers broke after one use

I would like to commend the exemplary customer service given by this staff from ZARA ION. He is incredibly kind, helpful, hardworking and knowledgeable, which makes this store my choice destination for fashion apparels. A real gem indeed and hope the Management is giving him the recognition he deserves.

Store is fine returns are annoying here and at the Shoppes store. For some reason they have to see your physical credit card and your virtual one since you made the sin of paying by card? And the tone is accusatory like I found the clothes on the street and am returning them? Like just refund already to the original account. What exactly are you implying? Is it some huge fraud noone else is aware of? What if someone else paid for me and I don't have their card with me? Makes me want to stay away from this store. Salesgirl won't even smile and asks as if I'm some sort of criminal. I can go elsewhere and be treated much better thanks. Stay away. Also fitting rooms in desperate need of vacuuming

Had a great experience at Five Guys Ion Orchard, thanks to Aunty Jennifer! Super friendly and had a lovely chat while enjoying my lunch. You can really feel her positive energy and dedication. Highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries.

Very commendable service. Came on 14 Sept lunch time and there was an elderly server who was very friendly and helpful. The cashiers were also very receptive and quick with requests and orders (like when we asked for hot sauce) and food came quite fast. Foodwise the fries and burgers were the best items imo. The big sized burger is q large so I got the little bacon cheeseburger its still filling. The cajun fries was also as good it was salted really well (if you like saltier and flavourful fries like me). I recommend buying 1 large fries to share between multiple people. Place has free flow ketchup, napkins etc. Able to request free sauce from counter. It gets crowded around peaktime but even around 11am there was still space to sit and the queue wasnt that long. Place was clean and buying was efficient. The only downside I can think of is the price its more expensive that a normal fast food chain but if you eat occasionally its still ok imo.

Milkshake was amazing. Would do without the bacon next time. The staff are even more amazing. I watched the staff (Aunty Jennifer?) clean out the gaps between the bench seats. She was also v friendly with the international school students. Amazing service standards in today’s age 😍👍⭐️ …

A very expensive fast food joint. A set of little hamburger, little fries and a milkshake cost over S$36. The patty is kinda dry. I did not enjoy this meal. Fries was ok, not so little. The music is so loud that I had difficulty hearing the cashier staff. Service was ok at the cashier staff but the lady who was helping at the collection counter was friendly and helpful
