The Zara was so messy, many loud tourists with no self awareness, throwing clothes everywhere. Fitting room so dirty and full of dust. Many clothes bought had stains, buttons and zippers broke after one use

Came twice on weekday with my little boy. Place not crowded. Need to get a shirt for hubby, both time no staff bother to attend to me. I even have to measure and check shirt size myself. Went to payment counter on male floor level, found out could not use Nets. Click on cancel and the male malay staff assume I was going to walk away with the shirt, talk to me in a loud and rude manner. Told me to just go upstairs to settle payment.

Good job team! I went to the ion store with no idea on what to choose. But the staff shows me around and give suggestions on what to get for my niece for her formal event ,shes around her age. My niece love the outfit. I'm so thankful to her for her ideas. Should keep n recognize such staff! Good job team! Will patronize the stores again. Keep it up dear staff.

For work purposes, we came here today looking for outfits suitable for our project. Thanks to the warm and helpful assistance from these two lovely staff members, Mikey and Nick, we quickly found the right items. The whole experience was pleasant, efficient, and enjoyable. I want to express my sincere appreciation for Sya at Zara Orchard. He went above and beyond to assist me during my visit, showing a level of dedication and attentiveness that truly stood out. Not only was he cheerful and friendly throughout, but he also took the extra step to show me a sample insole from his own shoes, just to help me better understand the fit, as the pair I was trying felt slightly big for my size. On top of that, he personally helped search for the right size I needed, while other staff simply directed me to look on my own. Sya’s initiative, patience, and warm personality made a big difference in my shopping experience. He is a true asset to the team, and I really appreciate the effort he put in. Thank you, Sya!

The store floors should be housekeeped and sweeped clean. I find the fitting rooms very dirty and full of hair as though it hasn’t been cleaned for awhile. I have to try on clothes without touching the dirty floor. It does not give me a good shopping experience.

had tried the cheese burger bacon before, and it tasted good. The cheese added some flavor to the burger. This time, ordered the bacon burger. It was a bit dry, and the sauce chisen wasn’t enough on the burger. Although the concept of choosing toppings is great, we probably need to add more sauce or toppings to make it better. Overall, the burger was still nicely cooked and looked good. However, it could be improved. The fries this time were from the Netherlands and weren’t too salty. The presentation wasn’t the best either, as the burger and fries were all in a bag. Messy.

I had the cheeseburger at Five Guys in ION Mall, and it absolutely hit the spot. Juicy, flavorful, and made just the way I like it — no frills, just great taste. The service was fast, which is always a plus, especially during busy hours. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and totally worth the price. If you’re craving a quality burger, this place delivers.

Had a great experience at Five Guys Ion Orchard, thanks to Aunty Jennifer! Super friendly and had a lovely chat while enjoying my lunch. You can really feel her positive energy and dedication. Highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries.
