I want to express my sincere appreciation for Sya at Zara Orchard. He went above and beyond to assist me during my visit, showing a level of dedication and attentiveness that truly stood out. Not only was he cheerful and friendly throughout, but he also took the extra step to show me a sample insole from his own shoes, just to help me better understand the fit, as the pair I was trying felt slightly big for my size. On top of that, he personally helped search for the right size I needed, while other staff simply directed me to look on my own. Sya’s initiative, patience, and warm personality made a big difference in my shopping experience. He is a true asset to the team, and I really appreciate the effort he put in. Thank you, Sya!

One of the biggest Zara store in Singapore, also one of the earliest store that opens at 10am! A huge selection in women's clothing. Usually quite busy but staff are able to get new pieces. Lots of fitting rooms but can form a queue over the weekend. Highly recommend as it is quite well stocked.

The store Zara located at ion, the service is so bad. I went there on 08 May25. Wanted to purchase a white T-shirt. Request for a new piece , the staff said have to wait for 15mins, fine. When the staff came back with the new T-shirt and pass to me, and it had some stain with black marker ink on the T-shirt.(Don’t know really isit a new pc). After the staff tell me to wait for another 15mins to take another new piece for me. This is ridiculous, the staff don’t even check the item, and it wasting my time. Really nonsense. I rather go to other locations. Wanted to purchase 1 clothes also so difficult. The service is really very bad.

The Zara was so messy, many loud tourists with no self awareness, throwing clothes everywhere. Fitting room so dirty and full of dust. Many clothes bought had stains, buttons and zippers broke after one use

I would like to commend the exemplary customer service given by this staff from ZARA ION. He is incredibly kind, helpful, hardworking and knowledgeable, which makes this store my choice destination for fashion apparels. A real gem indeed and hope the Management is giving him the recognition he deserves.

Nice burger. My first time to try this chain is at Malaysia. Its soo good so i invite my friends to try it too. You can change the bun with veggies its my preference. The meat is soft and moist.

A very expensive fast food joint. A set of little hamburger, little fries and a milkshake cost over S$36. The patty is kinda dry. I did not enjoy this meal. Fries was ok, not so little. The music is so loud that I had difficulty hearing the cashier staff. Service was ok at the cashier staff but the lady who was helping at the collection counter was friendly and helpful

Milkshake was amazing. Would do without the bacon next time. The staff are even more amazing. I watched the staff (Aunty Jennifer?) clean out the gaps between the bench seats. She was also v friendly with the international school students. Amazing service standards in today’s age 😍👍⭐️ …

I had the cheeseburger at Five Guys in ION Mall, and it absolutely hit the spot. Juicy, flavorful, and made just the way I like it — no frills, just great taste. The service was fast, which is always a plus, especially during busy hours. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and totally worth the price. If you’re craving a quality burger, this place delivers.
