Shop Reviews

Sing Yuen at Hublot SA provided exceptional service during our recent visit. He took the time to patiently explain the various types of watches available, displaying a deep knowledge of the products and their features. His professionalism in guiding us through the selection process, especially when choosing a couple's watch, was truly commendable. Sing Yuen's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction left a lasting impression, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his expertise to anyone seeking a premium watch-buying experience.

Sing Yuen has been very professional and helpful in attending to me. I enjoyed my experience at the store.

I am very satisfied with Scott's service and explanation at ION Orchard. What I bought is not only a watch, but also a story about watch and service.

Beautiful with well-thought space for the Hublot collections. Love the layout and exclusiveness of the shop. Darren and Zo are very welcoming and knowledgeable in their sharing on the different watches and hublot’s specialty. We get to see some of the most beautiful creations by Hublot. It’s truly worth a visit if you have not been to a full flagged Hublot boutique.

I had a fantastic experience at Hublot ION Orchard. Lau Sing Yuen was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout. He made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable, and his passion for the brand truly stands out. Highly recommend asking for him!

Sing Yuen has been extremely helpful and patient with us during the whole process . The process was smooth and very professional . Absolutely love the service

One of the best luxury watch shop experiences. Staff were polite, welcoming and genuinely interest in educating about Hublot. I have learnt a lot and had hands on with the watches which I am very impressed with the quality and build compared to many other brands that I own. I didn't know much about the brand except from YouTube influencers bashing them but now that I have seen it in person I think I am a fan of Hublot now.

Had a delightful and highly enjoyable experience at the Hublot ION boutique. Was attended to by Darren Wong, whom I know from before, having bought 2 Hublot watches from him previously while he was with the Hublot MBS boutique. It was great to see him again. Darren is highly knowledgeable and very well versed with the brand. I appreciate him taking the time and effort in explaining and sharing with me various interesting aspects about Hublot, from the materials, design philosophy, to manufacturing techniques, and to the little intricacies and finer details of each piece. He patiently answered all and any questions I have regarding the movement, specifications, options, etc. It was time very well spent. I was certainly very mesmerised by the stunning collection, with all the new colours and case materials. I would strongly recommend anyone who is new to the Hublot brand, who wants to know more about the brand, or wants to discover what Hublot is all about and what they has to offer, to pay the boutique a visit. A big thank you to Darren and team for the warm welcome and in extending to me your superb service and hospitality. I sincerely look forward to my next visit and in adding another Hublot to my collection in the very near future.

I would like to let you know that this is the boutique to go to if you are interested in Hublot in Singapore. I was served by Darren and the team. I have to express my thanks and gratitude for the patience and time they dedicated to me and my family as we worked our way through what watches would be suitable for our needs. Not only was the sales process seamless and considerate the aftercare has been amazing with the sourcing different straps for the watches that were bought including a Big Bang Unico and a Classis Fusion. If you are looking for a knowledgeable sales team combined with real horology experience come to this boutique in the ION centre off Orchard Road - you will not feel let down.

Darren is your guy to go to especially when it comes to watch. The customer experience he has curated has far exceeded my expectations since the start of my journey with HourGlass till date. He pays great attention to details & acts in the best interests for his customers resulting in excellent recommendations. I love this beautiful rainbow 🌈! Awesome !
