I had the cheeseburger at Five Guys in ION Mall, and it absolutely hit the spot. Juicy, flavorful, and made just the way I like it — no frills, just great taste. The service was fast, which is always a plus, especially during busy hours. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and totally worth the price. If you’re craving a quality burger, this place delivers.

A very expensive fast food joint. A set of little hamburger, little fries and a milkshake cost over S$36. The patty is kinda dry. I did not enjoy this meal. Fries was ok, not so little. The music is so loud that I had difficulty hearing the cashier staff. Service was ok at the cashier staff but the lady who was helping at the collection counter was friendly and helpful

Milkshake was amazing. Would do without the bacon next time. The staff are even more amazing. I watched the staff (Aunty Jennifer?) clean out the gaps between the bench seats. She was also v friendly with the international school students. Amazing service standards in today’s age 😍👍⭐️ …

FIVE GUYS started in Arlington, Virginia back in 1986, and now has over 1,500 locations worldwide. In Singapore, you can find them at ION Mall and Plaza Singapura. The menu’s the same wherever you go—customizable burgers, hand-cut fries, all-beef hot dogs, sandwiches, and rich milkshakes. What makes FIVE GUYS stand out is their focus on freshness. No freezers, no microwaves—everything’s cooked to order. I got the Cheeseburger, and it was seriously satisfying. Two thick, juicy beef patties, melted cheddar, fresh tomato and lettuce, grilled onions and mushrooms, thick-cut pickles, plus the classic combo of mayo, ketchup, and mustard—all packed into a soft, slightly sweet bun made fresh by a local bakery. It’s big, bold, and full of flavor. Not sure how to customize your burger? Go with “All The Way” and don’t forget to add relish!

had tried the cheese burger bacon before, and it tasted good. The cheese added some flavor to the burger. This time, ordered the bacon burger. It was a bit dry, and the sauce chisen wasn’t enough on the burger. Although the concept of choosing toppings is great, we probably need to add more sauce or toppings to make it better. Overall, the burger was still nicely cooked and looked good. However, it could be improved. The fries this time were from the Netherlands and weren’t too salty. The presentation wasn’t the best either, as the burger and fries were all in a bag. Messy.

Very commendable service. Came on 14 Sept lunch time and there was an elderly server who was very friendly and helpful. The cashiers were also very receptive and quick with requests and orders (like when we asked for hot sauce) and food came quite fast. Foodwise the fries and burgers were the best items imo. The big sized burger is q large so I got the little bacon cheeseburger its still filling. The cajun fries was also as good it was salted really well (if you like saltier and flavourful fries like me). I recommend buying 1 large fries to share between multiple people. Place has free flow ketchup, napkins etc. Able to request free sauce from counter. It gets crowded around peaktime but even around 11am there was still space to sit and the queue wasnt that long. Place was clean and buying was efficient. The only downside I can think of is the price its more expensive that a normal fast food chain but if you eat occasionally its still ok imo.

I would like to let you know that this is the boutique to go to if you are interested in Hublot in Singapore. I was served by Darren and the team. I have to express my thanks and gratitude for the patience and time they dedicated to me and my family as we worked our way through what watches would be suitable for our needs. Not only was the sales process seamless and considerate the aftercare has been amazing with the sourcing different straps for the watches that were bought including a Big Bang Unico and a Classis Fusion. If you are looking for a knowledgeable sales team combined with real horology experience come to this boutique in the ION centre off Orchard Road - you will not feel let down.

Dropped by to browse some Hublot models I'd seen online. They had a decent range of models to try. Was served by Bryan at the Ion Orchard boutique. Pleasantly surprised at the level of service and professionalism displayed by Bryan. He offered great insights and explanations to the movements in various models, and also helped try on some models. Would definitely recommend a visit to check out their store if you're in the area, and look for Bryan when you're there 👍

Had a delightful and highly enjoyable experience at the Hublot ION boutique. Was attended to by Darren Wong, whom I know from before, having bought 2 Hublot watches from him previously while he was with the Hublot MBS boutique. It was great to see him again. Darren is highly knowledgeable and very well versed with the brand. I appreciate him taking the time and effort in explaining and sharing with me various interesting aspects about Hublot, from the materials, design philosophy, to manufacturing techniques, and to the little intricacies and finer details of each piece. He patiently answered all and any questions I have regarding the movement, specifications, options, etc. It was time very well spent. I was certainly very mesmerised by the stunning collection, with all the new colours and case materials. I would strongly recommend anyone who is new to the Hublot brand, who wants to know more about the brand, or wants to discover what Hublot is all about and what they has to offer, to pay the boutique a visit. A big thank you to Darren and team for the warm welcome and in extending to me your superb service and hospitality. I sincerely look forward to my next visit and in adding another Hublot to my collection in the very near future.
