It was one of the best days that I had in Singapore, Me and my fiancé have been looking for a beautiful watch for my birthday as his gift, until we found this Tag Heuer boutique in ION Orchard. We really love the watch that we chose! Ma’am Cynthia Lim who is very nice, big thanks to you Ma’am in assisting me on my first Tag Heuer watch! Purchasing a brand new watch was a fantastic experience. I received a really good price for my dream watch. My appointment was pre booked and the senior sales executive was ready for me. He took his time to walk through me all the necessary details and steps and went beyond to follow up and check whether I received the shopping mall privileges. Highly recommend for any one.

I am pleased and thankful for Freddie Koh who help me and my wife understand the difference of the watches. He explained to us clearly and had help me to be able to decide which is the best watch suitable for me. He made us felt that he was not like other sales person who just want to sale the item. My wife bought this watch at Tag Heuer Ion Orchard Branch for my Birthday Gift. Been serve with Consultant name Ryan. Very patient explain the function to me. Sorry been so fussy. His courteous, product knowledge, attentiveness is all beyond our expectations. Even offer us a drink. Really appreciate the time spend at the boutique. Guys should look for him if you ever want to buy any tag Heuer watches. He will carefully explain until you understand how does the watch function. Excellent Tag boutique located at the Ion. Suitably stocked and in theme with the Tag Heuer colours. Variety of models available n comfortable personalised attention for clientele. Product knowledge is good n service is attentive and speedy whilst still giving clients enough discretion in not being too pushy. The Monaco Limited range fully stocked here n available for inspection. 5 stars n well recommended- kudos to Cynthia for her aid in selecting our fav Tag for 2020!

Visited the Tag Heuer ION Boutique recently to check out their latest Monaco and Carerra collection. I saw and read about them on IG and YouTube, and decided to see them in person. I always have a strong affection for the brand. My first Tag Heuer was a 2000 series bought back in 1991, when I just started working. I still have that watch in my collection. It saw me through my early career, and brings back lots of good memories. Both the Monaco and Carerra are two of the most iconic and timeless pieces that really needs no introduction. Both been around for the last 50 over years and have a very rich history. Personally I think they are somewhat underrated, and overlooked by the watch community. They deserves a lot more attention, popularity and love. The Carrera Tourbillon in green (my personal favorite) was simply breathtaking. Videos on YouTube and photos on IG simply does not do them any justice. It is a piece that one must see in person to be totally mesmerised. The Monacos are really handsome pieces, they gets your heart pumping and racing but my heart is leaning towards the Carreras, especially the tourbillons. Nevertheless they are all very well made pieces, case and lugs are well sized, comfortably balanced, and sits almost perfectly on my wrist. I really look forward to adding both a Monaco and a Carerra to my humble collection. It was a truly enjoyable experience, time very well spent in the boutique. A big shout out to the Tag Heuer team for their wonderful and generous hospitality, they are all fabulous. In particular we would like to thank Ms Cynthia Lim for her warm, genuine and impeccable service, her attention to detail, enthusiasm and professionalism. For those reading this review and are considering in buying a Tag Heuer, I would strongly recommend that you drop by the boutique. You’ll be glad you did!
