They have lots of assortment during sale period. It is quite convenient self services in fitting room and purchase; Self check in fitting room_ tag your items at the entrance then, get in the assigned fitting room then tag again when you go out from fitting room. For the purchase with a card, there are posts for self check out as well which lessen waiting time by separating purchases and return or exchange.

Came twice on weekday with my little boy. Place not crowded. Need to get a shirt for hubby, both time no staff bother to attend to me. I even have to measure and check shirt size myself. Went to payment counter on male floor level, found out could not use Nets. Click on cancel and the male malay staff assume I was going to walk away with the shirt, talk to me in a loud and rude manner. Told me to just go upstairs to settle payment.

Good job team! I went to the ion store with no idea on what to choose. But the staff shows me around and give suggestions on what to get for my niece for her formal event ,shes around her age. My niece love the outfit. I'm so thankful to her for her ideas. Should keep n recognize such staff! Good job team! Will patronize the stores again. Keep it up dear staff.

For work purposes, we came here today looking for outfits suitable for our project. Thanks to the warm and helpful assistance from these two lovely staff members, Mikey and Nick, we quickly found the right items. The whole experience was pleasant, efficient, and enjoyable. A big thank-you for making our shopping so smooth and delightful today!

The store floors should be housekeeped and sweeped clean. I find the fitting rooms very dirty and full of hair as though it hasn’t been cleaned for awhile. I have to try on clothes without touching the dirty floor. It does not give me a good shopping experience.

I saw a pokerdot dress from Zara on the FB advert and wanted to try it out. The store assistant (Sophia) told me they need 10 to 15 minutes to bring out the piece and it'll be placed at the "collection items" stand. My name and phone number were taken for them to notify me. I waited more than 20 minutes at around that stand, and eventually asked another staff about it. He checked and told me that it was "REJECTED". I was furious. If the request cannot be fufilled, someone should have the courtesy to inform the customer. Otherwise, what for taking down the contact info?? This is really bad customer service. I shall not patronize the store any more.

I found some staff to be quite careless and rude in their attitude. I don't understand why the staff chose to be rude when it would have been easy to speak politely. In my experience, people in other countries are generally much more courteous. It's unfortunate.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Sya at Zara Orchard. He went above and beyond to assist me during my visit, showing a level of dedication and attentiveness that truly stood out. Not only was he cheerful and friendly throughout, but he also took the extra step to show me a sample insole from his own shoes, just to help me better understand the fit, as the pair I was trying felt slightly big for my size. On top of that, he personally helped search for the right size I needed, while other staff simply directed me to look on my own. Sya’s initiative, patience, and warm personality made a big difference in my shopping experience. He is a true asset to the team, and I really appreciate the effort he put in. Thank you, Sya!

One of the biggest Zara store in Singapore, also one of the earliest store that opens at 10am! A huge selection in women's clothing. Usually quite busy but staff are able to get new pieces. Lots of fitting rooms but can form a queue over the weekend. Highly recommend as it is quite well stocked.
