Dropped by to browse some Hublot models I'd seen online. They had a decent range of models to try. Was served by Bryan at the Ion Orchard boutique. Pleasantly surprised at the level of service and professionalism displayed by Bryan. He offered great insights and explanations to the movements in various models, and also helped try on some models. Would definitely recommend a visit to check out their store if you're in the area, and look for Bryan when you're there 👍

Favourite Gelato as always.. Venchi.. Pistachio is always my #1. Staff are all friendly and explained to me more about chocolates. Will go down ion and buy again soon..

I had an amazing experience here. Jay and the team provided exceptional customer service . they were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the flavors, making great recommendations. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious, with a great variety of flavors to choose from. Huge thanks to Jay and the team for making it such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Boom! Slap me with creamy scoops of Venchi gelato any day, especially after a long, urban hike around town. It's a refresher like no other. Had a try of their newest Coffee Temptation flavour and got an instant caffeine buzz with an added moreish chocolate crunch. And of course, ya can't go wrong with my all-time fave, Cremino, which is quintessentially Venchi with elegant hazelnut notes. Goes without saying that this is top shelf gelato that comes with the price tag but heck, it's waaaay better than the icy, airy garbage out there. Perhaps Haagen Dazs comes close but I'm getting kinda bored of their flavours. So Buonissimo?! You betcha!

Unique and brilliantly handcrafted flavors, I can highly recommend their pistachio and mixed berries as recommended by the knowledgeable helpful staff. Venchi features gelato that don’t melt easily and my family we just can’t have enough as every flavor is simply refreshing, also healthy with the perfect balance of Sweetness. During my last recent visit to ion outlet, I had the most wonderful and memorable experience to be attended by a professional and experienced staff, who introduced himself as Jay. He enthusiastically provided me samples of various flavours to my request and I was very much helped by his responses to my queries on ice cream ingredients etc . Thank you Jay 💯 🥳and I totally look forward to my next visit very soon!

I would like to compliment the service provided by Jay and his manager on duty on February 25th (I apologize, I forget her name's spelling). They have both done a great job introducing all the products to customers in a patient and friendly manner. I hope they continue their excellent work.

Interested to their ice cream but not sure whether the milk taste too strong for me. When i inform the staff i would like to taste one of the flavour, the staff ask me to order and pay first then i can try whatever flavour i prefer. I was sweat and repeat again i just want to try first but the staff still insist i need to pay first. ok then no choice just give up for this since they can only try with paid. Better i go for other option which i know the milk taste is acceptable by me.
