Ordered a cappuccino, staff at the counter asked for my name and I paid.
Waited for awhile realising it’s taking a tad too long for the coffee to be made only to realise my name was never called out. It was just left sitting on the counter getting cold.
Froth was terrible, probably because it’s been there for awhile and there wasn’t any sprinkle of chocolate on top. Not sure if this is the Starbucks coffee standard but I just feel like I was drinking watered down milk rather than coffee. If my name was too difficult, clarify. Not just leave as it is.

This has been my worst Starbucks expirence with me and my friend. As a regular customer to this chain my friends asked the worker who was already annoyed and had bad energy while ordering. She mistakenly put order twice and was not kind. Although there was the other workers who was very accommodating but it doesn’t change the fact of what the worker who had fake eyelashes darker skin and was a bigger size. I believe that this behaviour does not fit the job she was working in. She was meant to be kind understanding and respectful and while we ere trying to change the mistake she made she started giving us looks. Not good I recommend her to not work at customer service jobs.
I will also add I ordered less ice for my dragon fruit refresher and got an iced shaken refresher when I tried to change it she started to become mad and was not having a good tone.

Had a really bad bout of diarrhoea 4-5 hours after visiting this outlet on the afternoon of Sunday 5 January 2025 (I know also because I could see the dragonfruit seeds). I think the ice used here must not be clean! Terrible and disappointing from Starbucks. Will not risk my health to return to this particular store. Also this outlet has some very noisy and loud Gen Z customers who will sit for hours and laugh loudly.

Female staff very rude! I think she is new here! Poor customer service! She made my order wrong. When I requested her to change my order! She throw the wrong order in sink in forcefully. Worst

This is the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. The female server had a bad attitude and rushed me while taking my order. Eventually, my drink was made wrong. I clearly ordered two iced drinks and one hot drink, but she insisted she repeated my order correctly, even though she didn't say 'I repeat your order now.' She made a mess of my order and arrogantly thought she repeated it accurately. When I said I couldn't have the cold drink, I asked if she could change it to a hot one. She was extremely rude and aggressively said, 'Come here and pay, then I'll change it for you!' Can't she even differentiate between 'hot' and 'ice'? Even when her colleague asked her to exchange it for me, she refused. Why be so forceful after making a mistake!

This outlet is a peaceful oasis on Saturday mornings compared to the chaotic liat Towers Starbucks. Service staff was nice and polite, also lots of seats available. Lighting was a bit too bright but still grateful for a quiet place to drink my coffee before work.

I accidentally left my bag at the Starbucks in ION Orchard. Izah, a staff member there, kindly set it aside for me and actively helped by checking with customers at different tables to find the owner. Their attentiveness and care were much appreciated.

🟨 This Starbucks cafe at Ion Mall's B3 level is always perpetually crowded most of the time.
✳️ I come here to get a coffee drink at times, but I don't always get a seat ( as this is a super popular joint here).
🩷 On rare occasions, I do find seats at times. Service staff is friendly here.
