Today I purchased a Chanel cheek and lip cream and wanted to take a moment to thank Yvonne, the sales associate who assisted me. She was incredibly nice and attentive during my visit. Yvonne allowed me to test the product on both my face and the back of my hand, which helped me make the best choice. What really impressed me was her thoughtfulness in providing two different types of removers—one with oil for my face and another for my hand. It’s those little touches that make a shopping experience memorable. Thank you, Yvonne, for your exceptional service!

Friendly and knowledgeable service from Ms Woo Ai Na! She was very patient and took the time to explain various products. Very professional! Definitely recommend to look for her for product recommendations or just to window shop.

The staff here are all so lovely & ready to render assistance / help in any way. Ai Na always updates me via text of the new limited edition items & replies my queries - appreciate the effort !!

To be honest the sales people in Orchard Ion Chanel beauty don’t deserve even a star. It’s there simply because it’s a google requirement. My friend and I head down during lunch hour yesterday, wanted to redeem a sample of Chanel fragrance. A lady in heavy makeup said we will be attended to by another colleague. While waiting, I can see that she was attending to 2 westerners enthusiastically but they did not request to buy anything, how busy can you be seriously? After waiting for more than 5 mins, we approached another male sales associate at the counter, he is more polite than the lady but he also told us they are busy and another colleague will attend to us. I am appalled this is the kind of service we offered in Singapore and Ion is one of our most well-known malls here. For the entire shop to behave in this way, it must be a top down direction. SG Chanel Beauty, I don’t know what is your requirement when it comes to hiring, but if teaching your staff to pick and choose customers is your strategy, I hope you know how outdated and stupid it is.

Stylist Woo Ai Na was very patient with my friend and I during the service. She assisted and recommended some shades for lipstick, and let us took our time. So far my best experience in Chanel ! ☺️

the ion location is just as spacious if not more than the marina bay location, with less people and more staff. amazing & creative interiors and great selection.

I was being served by Yvette this afternoon when I was down at the shop to get myself a pair of sunglasses and another pair of glasses. I was very impressed with her great service rendered. Not only that she was very patient with me, she gave me great professional advice when I was caught in a dilemma - not knowing which design to choose. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with the service at Gentle Monster Orchard Ion. My wife and I walked into the store intending to buy a pair of sunglasses, but despite there being SIX staff members present, not a single one bothered to acknowledge us. They were too busy chatting among themselves, completely ignoring customers. We stood there for 10 minutes, expecting at least some form of assistance, but nothing. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it completely turned us off from making a purchase. If this is the kind of service they provide, I’d rather take my business elsewhere. Absolutely terrible experience

I recently visited Gentle Monster and had the pleasure of being assisted by Zac, and I have to say, the service was exceptional! Zac was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, guiding me through their wide range of sunglasses with a level of professionalism and friendliness that made the whole experience enjoyable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent recommendations without ever feeling pushy. I left with the perfect pair of sunglasses, and I truly appreciate Zac’s top-notch service. Highly recommend!
