I agree with many other reviews here regarding customer service and encountered the same experience - being STOPPED by hand ✋ to ask questions, this is pretty rude. Also same experience that a staff asked me to look myself first and she will attend to me later. Then the later became never. Maybe I didn’t dress pretty that day, and looked like I don’t want to buy? Of course I couldn’t buy anything without proper attendance from the staffs. While I was looking and trying all the different cosmetics, there was a male staff standing there looked at me but didn’t offer any help. A simple question of “do you need any help?” would do wonders that time. This was not the first time I had such experience with Chanel. And it was only with Chanel, that I felt like not buying anything because of terrible experience.
