Friendly and knowledgeable service from Ms Woo Ai Na! She was very patient and took the time to explain various products. Very professional! Definitely recommend to look for her for product recommendations or just to window shop.

I agree with many other reviews here regarding customer service and encountered the same experience - being STOPPED by hand ✋ to ask questions, this is pretty rude. Also same experience that a staff asked me to look myself first and she will attend to me later. Then the later became never. Maybe I didn’t dress pretty that day, and looked like I don’t want to buy? Of course I couldn’t buy anything without proper attendance from the staffs. While I was looking and trying all the different cosmetics, there was a male staff standing there looked at me but didn’t offer any help. A simple question of “do you need any help?” would do wonders that time. This was not the first time I had such experience with Chanel. And it was only with Chanel, that I felt like not buying anything because of terrible experience.

To be honest the sales people in Orchard Ion Chanel beauty don’t deserve even a star. It’s there simply because it’s a google requirement. My friend and I head down during lunch hour yesterday, wanted to redeem a sample of Chanel fragrance. A lady in heavy makeup said we will be attended to by another colleague. While waiting, I can see that she was attending to 2 westerners enthusiastically but they did not request to buy anything, how busy can you be seriously? After waiting for more than 5 mins, we approached another male sales associate at the counter, he is more polite than the lady but he also told us they are busy and another colleague will attend to us. I am appalled this is the kind of service we offered in Singapore and Ion is one of our most well-known malls here. For the entire shop to behave in this way, it must be a top down direction. SG Chanel Beauty, I don’t know what is your requirement when it comes to hiring, but if teaching your staff to pick and choose customers is your strategy, I hope you know how outdated and stupid it is.

Normally we don’t like to be served when we walk into a store. Angie was friendly and not pushy. She came over to give us advice to decide on the designs. I was holding onto 3 glasses and couldn’t decide on one. Her advice/reasoning were similar to what I was contemplating. Nothing about it was hard selling. This is the type of sales associate that we need in every boutique. Angie deserves a RAISE!! She gives great service. I can’t say enough. With just a few words, I made my decision and bought the BELL-YVG1 with cosmic logo design on the side temples. She also recommended me to a few optical stores to turn them into clear reading glasses.

First time at a Gentle Monster outlet and was drawn to it by the big eyeball at the entrance. Quite a sight to see it open and shut! Unique collection for those that have an eye for such items!

I recently received unsatisfactory service from Chlonis when I took my GM sunglasses for after-sales service. Despite the standard operating procedure requiring a warranty card, Chlonis declined service in a rude and arrogant manner, giving the impression that I was disturbing her. In contrast, her colleague explained the situation politely and apologized for the inconvenience. The overall experience was unpleasant and ruined my day.

I was being served by Yvette this afternoon when I was down at the shop to get myself a pair of sunglasses and another pair of glasses. I was very impressed with her great service rendered. Not only that she was very patient with me, she gave me great professional advice when I was caught in a dilemma - not knowing which design to choose.
