I would like to compliment a staff member named Eugene. He works full time and is full of expertise. Pointing out how to connect the zips, he helpfully gives his recommendation on the size of the winter coats. He not only helps his customers, but also mans the counter tirelessly. His commitment to work is amazing and he also assisted us when we did not ask for help. Eugene is immensely proactive and has a friendly personality.

SALES ORIENTED. DONT LOOK LIKE BUYING = ALL STAFF IGNORES YOU LIKE YOU DONT EXIST??? 😅 I have two accounts each with USD5 to 7k in spending. It’s not much but I’ve bought plenty of products in different cities to tell that ION is by far the worst experience ever … 🤦‍♀️ it’s a busy day and every staff is attending to someone. Wanted to ask a simple question and the staff signalled to me “STOP🤚🏻” approaching her ( with her hand ) because she is attending to someone. ( but the 3 dudes were discussing the fragrance amongst themselves ignoring her and back facing her … ) another staff IS VERY INSISTENT ASKING ME TO WAIT FOR HER TO CHECK MY RECORDS WHEN I TOLD HER ITS OK IVE TEXTED SOMEONE IN THEIR ORGANIZATION TO CHECK FOR ME because I cannot stand her … she DONT LET ME FINISH MY WORDS and tell me to WAIT ( for what …) already told you thank you I don’t need your help in checking anymore because I’ve got someone else via text …. 🤷‍♀️ SO IMPATIENT and refused to listen to me. Omg. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN

I agree with many other reviews here regarding customer service and encountered the same experience - being STOPPED by hand ✋ to ask questions, this is pretty rude. Also same experience that a staff asked me to look myself first and she will attend to me later. Then the later became never. Maybe I didn’t dress pretty that day, and looked like I don’t want to buy? Of course I couldn’t buy anything without proper attendance from the staffs. While I was looking and trying all the different cosmetics, there was a male staff standing there looked at me but didn’t offer any help. A simple question of “do you need any help?” would do wonders that time. This was not the first time I had such experience with Chanel. And it was only with Chanel, that I felt like not buying anything because of terrible experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chanel Beauty Boutique Orchard. The staff were extremely unprofessional and had a terrible attitude. From the moment I walked in, they looked at me with disinterest and made no effort to greet or assist me. It felt like they were judging me based on my appearance and assuming I wasn’t a serious customer. When I asked about certain products, their responses were cold and dismissive, as if I was bothering them. There was no smile, no product explanation, and absolutely no warmth in their service. I felt completely unwelcome and disrespected. Luxury brands like Chanel are expected to uphold a high standard of customer service, but this store clearly fails to meet that. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat every customer with respect and professionalism, regardless of how they look. I had booked a one hour slot with a make up specialist to learn some tips, it was my first time doing something like that and the session exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Shane Su, for your patient explanation and clear instructions/ demonstration. You have created a fuss free yet fresh,polished look that I like a lot! Now I just need to practise on my own. And I appreciate that there was no hard-sell, I bought what I really needed/liked.

Stylist Woo Ai Na was very patient with my friend and I during the service. She assisted and recommended some shades for lipstick, and let us took our time. So far my best experience in Chanel ! ☺️

Usually buy my Chanel cosmestics here during the Tangs members day sale as will get a higher rebate. so makes the purchase more value for money. the service at the counter here is good. but they keep limited stock, so must check in advance if the items are available or have to preorder

Today I purchased a Chanel cheek and lip cream and wanted to take a moment to thank Yvonne, the sales associate who assisted me. She was incredibly nice and attentive during my visit. Yvonne allowed me to test the product on both my face and the back of my hand, which helped me make the best choice. What really impressed me was her thoughtfulness in providing two different types of removers—one with oil for my face and another for my hand. It’s those little touches that make a shopping experience memorable. Thank you, Yvonne, for your exceptional service!
