Very bad customer experience. We just bought 2 suits and 2 shirts for my son. The staff was ready to fold everything in a bag. When we asked for proper hangers they came back with very thin ones, too small for the jackets, then skirts hangers...not appropriate for suits. They made us wait 15mn for no better solution. And the Manager kept laughthing. Zero customer service and attention.

Located at 2 Orchard Turn, #04-15, the store also includes an interactive play area that enhances the shopping experience for children. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are eager to assist and make recommendations. Though the store isn’t the largest but its well-curated.

Very cool store with lot of unique LEGO items. Thoroughly impressed. The store was well-organized and had a huge selection of LEGO sets to choose from. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure I found the perfect set for my collection. The store also had a fun, interactive play area where my kids could build and play with their favorite LEGO sets. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection of LEGO products in Singapore. 5 stars!

This Lego store must be building a reputation for disappointment. The staff are so snooty, I half-expected them to charge me for breathing in their air. They act like answering questions is beneath them—maybe they’re too busy constructing their egos? 🧱😒 As for the free gifts? Perpetually “out of stock.” I’m convinced they never existed, like some mythical Lego unicorn. Save yourself the trip and buy online; at least the website won’t roll its eyes at you.

I was impressed with the customer service, particularly from Jun Cai. I was intending to purchase a couple of lego sets for my grandchildren. a nice big Lego shop! there was an incredibly large variety of Legos, and they even had a photo spot and a build your own Lego station. this place is conveniently located above orchard mrt too, definitely a must visit for Lego lovers!

Trying to promote me to pay for membership, proceeded to cancel my order then decided to call their mgr to confirm. Wasted my time coz ended up having to rescan my items when their own sales policy does not meet the policy for membership.

despite small store, they selling rare lego item.
