👎👎👎 Appeared upscale but lacked corresponding service. No welcome or greeting was offered. Today, when I returned the item and said thank you, your Filipino staff gave me a dirty look. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. If providing adequate service is too challenging, it may be best not to work in this field. 🫵🏻Please refrain from discouraging customers' shopping spirit.

I’ve been to a his outlet many times . I’ve bought multiple sets from here. And I’ve had it! Your staff here are completely not interested in being there. They more interested in gossip, talking among themselves. Yesterday was the best ! You guys didn’t have the set I wanted. And this person sits behind the counter and tells me to just go to the website. No decent courtesy or mutual respect to stand and address another human being. They all need another level of maturity and humbleness at this store. Just cos you’re in ion does t mean you don’t have to show an ounce of courtesy. Or do we have to pay extra for that as well ? Or better yet, just go to the website?

Nicely decorated a quality toys store. Price on high side. There are Lego minifigure mix and match, Lego assembly table for 2 to 4 kids to play, Lego assembly wall for 2 kids to play and pick and fit in small container as much as possible. You and your kids will enjoy your visit. For members certain items will have further discount. Recommended

Spoke to a very rude salesperson at ION who explained there are no exceptions for returns after 2 weeks. As both parents are working on most days we were only able to return 15 days later. What kind of petty, pedantic people does Lego Singapore employ to suck the joy out of shopping? Never will shop here again.

Very cool store with lot of unique LEGO items. Thoroughly impressed. The store was well-organized and had a huge selection of LEGO sets to choose from. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure I found the perfect set for my collection. The store also had a fun, interactive play area where my kids could build and play with their favorite LEGO sets. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection of LEGO products in Singapore. 5 stars!

This Lego store must be building a reputation for disappointment. The staff are so snooty, I half-expected them to charge me for breathing in their air. They act like answering questions is beneath them—maybe they’re too busy constructing their egos? 🧱😒 As for the free gifts? Perpetually “out of stock.” I’m convinced they never existed, like some mythical Lego unicorn. Save yourself the trip and buy online; at least the website won’t roll its eyes at you.

I was impressed with the customer service, particularly from Jun Cai. I was intending to purchase a couple of lego sets for my grandchildren.
