Visited the store on 19 July 2025 at 3:40 PM to collect a purchased item. After unboxing it to check, we politely asked if the staff could help dispose of the packaging paper. Unfortunately, the young Chinese female staff at the cashier initially tried to ignore us and only responded with visible reluctance and an unfriendly attitude. Dear Massimo Dutti team, is this the standard of customer service you stand by? Experiences like this make customers feel unwelcome. It’s worth remembering—without customers, no business can thrive. A little courtesy goes a long way. Time for some reflection.
