Was quickly service by a lady staff when i went into the store. There were another 2 groups of customers. Specifed my wallet requirements and she pick out a few models to see. Overall, i am satisfy with their service and they give you ample spacing and "time"while browsing and decide.

Visited the Ion branch to purchase a gift for a friend and was served by Agnes. She was knowledgeable and recommended different products very well. Her service was top notch and I got what i wanted. 5/5 will come again.

Was attended by Agnes. Really friendly, welcoming and helpful. She is also very knowledgeable with the products and she went above and beyond to assist me from selection of products to payment. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased three items on 22 June 2024 with which Agnes Chew patiently assisted me. She was friendly and helpful in allowing me to try the bags with my belongings inside, so as to get a sense of the weight they would carry. She also assisted me with discounts on the items, especially since I am a returning Braun Buffel customer, and particularly so because my last two handbags needed a repair due to issues with their crossbody straps. Appreciate the positive shopping experience.

Bought a wallet at ion outlet and was really impressed with Siti’s service. She was very friendly and patient to introduce the different models to us! Definitely will recommend to find her if you come to the outlet at ion :)

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Their staff for men’s area doesn’t give a ___ to customers, all they do is just wondering around, preventing eye contacts to customer and wait till the clocks ticks to get pay. Couldn’t even bother to say Hi nor approach. Even when I approached them, they barely answers, just hmm only. Is it arrogant? Maybe, or just lazy, unprofessional and unsuitable for the job. Strongly urge the owners to observe how your crew is treating customers, you’ll be amazed. Tho I still bought a shirt, they gave me a bag that was already torn. Brilliant! NO THANKS TO THE EMPLOYEES

Pleasant experience at ion store. Was trying on some clothes and the staff , a Chinese lady with pony tail, at the fitting room is very friendly and helpful. When my size didn’t fit , and I returned it to her, she expressed regret in a friendly manner which is seldom seen in service lately. Appreciate services like this.

Bought a Polo Tee from Massimo Dutti at Ion Orchard today. Ended up having to lug the paper wrapped Polo Tee around as the store doesn’t provide paper bags anymore. 👎👎👎 It is indeed ridiculous to buy a prestigious product and not be given a paper bag. Luckily, I didn’t buy the pair of shoes that I tried on. Otherwise will be seen lugging a shoe box around ION Orchard 👎👎👎

Terrible service. No greeting nor respond when I said 'good morning'. Face as black as a wok. Went to collect my son's pants after alternation. And I had to pay 10 cents for a bag just because it's not a purchase. Never ever want to patronise their store again.
