Very disappointing experience at Dior Beauty. The store was empty, yet the staff showed no interest in assisting me. They offered no recommendations or explanations, and simply walked away, leaving me to try the lipsticks on my own. No makeup remover was provided, and when I asked about a lipstick I liked that was out of stock, they didn’t share any restock dates or suggest alternatives. Overall, the staff came across as snobbish and unhelpful. Not the level of service experienced from other Dior beauty stores.

I had such a wonderful experience at Dior today, thanks to Zayden. I originally went in just to purchase a foundation refill, but Zayden’s warm, welcoming attitude truly made the visit special. He took the time to do a makeup demonstration on me, guiding me step by step on how to apply eyeshadow and sharing tips that were so easy to follow. His patience, professionalism, and genuine passion for what he does really shone through. Because of his excellent service and thoughtful recommendations, I left not only with my foundation but also with additional products that I’m excited to use. It’s rare to meet a salesperson who makes you feel so comfortable and valued as a customer. Dior is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to the great impression he left.

Have been getting my Dior beauty make up and skincare products from Darren regularly! Love that he is experienced and really good in his product knowledge!! 14 Feb 2025 Darren was so patient and professional to explain and demonstrate an array of products I was keen in and showed me the effects. I really love how spot on he is in selecting the right colors to complement my complexion. I trust his taste and I’m so glad with the selections. It was Valentine’s Day and a nice real preserved flower arrangement was given with purchases above $250. It was very thoughtful of Dior! 8th Jan 2025 Visited Ion branch for the first time today and was served by Darren. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. It was an enjoyable shopping experience. Please send my compliments to him. I will definitely look for Darren in the future when shopping in Singapore. I was also really happy because I managed to get the limited edition 078 Icy Blue Lip Glow! Current promotion comes with really cute stickers!

Annie helped me today & she was very patient and friendly. She explained each product slowly & let me try on everything I wanted to try. Yst another lady helped me & she was very friendly & not pushy for me to buy the product at all! It was a good experience & this year’s Christmas collection is gorgeous 😍 …

To YSL management team, I hope you can replay the video recording happened between 5.45pm to 6pm today at ION YSL outlet. I was 9mth prenant woman and in the shop getting Christmas gift for my friend. I was told by the junior staff if I spend more than 250 dollars I will be given a Christimas gift set which includes a mirror. Upon payment, the male sale which seems to be more senior told me that the mirror only comes additional purchase on other items even I already spent 265. Not that I really need the mirror, but I told him you all should honor what was communicated. He simply said 'no' claim the junior sale is new and force me to purchase additional item. When I rejected him. He still persist asking 'so you want to get additional?' He asked the junior staff to apologise to me for miscom after instate my position . I am not sure what junior staff told him privately but then the male staff suddenly agreed to give me the mirror and said 'OK miss I can give you but I will tell my management team about her'. Trying to make me guilty of getting the mirror. I didn't accept the mirror at the end because I think the young junior staff provided a good service and I don't want to get reported by her colleague over such a small mirror. But my overall experience with YSL has ruined by the male staff from how he handled such an issue. This is my last time going to this branch. There could be much better service I would receive from other outlets.

We had a very pleasant experience with the staff, Ms. Xin Ru. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
