Been going to Aeras for acne treatment since mid 2021 almost every month and chose to keep returning to them for their excellent service, good quality and the fact that there’s no hard sell at all makes me feel a lot more comfortable. I highly recommend my facial therapist Carolyn, who is very friendly and amicable. I always trust the facial treatment she recommends every session after analysing my facial condition and while I am still suffering from severe acne, I can tell that my face has calmed down quite a lot as compared to the past.

Zayden is a cheerful beauty consultant and his product knowledge is excellent. He told me that Ms. Dior series 1947 is the first to be launched in the market in Paris and subsequently the world. Please convey my appreciation to Zayden and keep up the good work. Jia You.

Sale lady Cher Tan are non- friendly . Show me the face like I am not buying, She doesn't have an offer seat and even asks for it myself when I’m trying the lipstick. End up i still buy from her , I want to tell her that I really want to buy it, not wasting her time. I hope the store manager can improve the staff customer service .

Very disappointing experience at Dior Beauty. The store was empty, yet the staff showed no interest in assisting me. They offered no recommendations or explanations, and simply walked away, leaving me to try the lipsticks on my own. No makeup remover was provided, and when I asked about a lipstick I liked that was out of stock, they didn’t share any restock dates or suggest alternatives. Overall, the staff came across as snobbish and unhelpful. Not the level of service experienced from other Dior beauty stores.
