Very judgmental staff. I had dropped by to pick up some things but when i got there, the staff were all huddled up and chit chatting because there was no customer in the store. The atmosphere was not welcoming and rather intimidating as alot of them were glaring at me when i walked in… I showed a male sales assistant the text i received to pick up the items, but instead he just went “what is this?” In a disgusted tone …. To which i explained that it was the text i received to pick up my items from the ion branch. He begrudgingly replied that the YSL branch i was looking for was the one in the basement. As i was walking out of the store, the group of staff behind me just burst out laughing because i had walked into the wrong store. Utterly rude and very disgusted with their behavior. I do not recommend going to this outlet unless you wish to be judged and laughed at

Ryani was very helpful and super patient to serve me. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy. I asked to see coin purses and she pulled out every purse from ladies and men dept to show me. I enjoyed my shopping here because of her. Happy with my purchase.

Sent my tote in to get it re-stamped as the previous label had faded. Appalled at the quality of the workmanship! Letters are blurred and unclear. The letter P is a solid block. This is unacceptable for a reputable design house!

Review from my experience earlier this year. I was served by Noraini during my first visit. I bought a wallet on chain for my wife which I later found out that she didn’t like it. So I planned to exchange it for a handbag. When I visited the YSL boutique at ION Orchard for a refund/exchange, expecting the same level of service I received during my previous purchase. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. No staff greeted me upon entering, and when I approached a male colleague for assistance, he simply informed me that the sales associate who had helped me before wasn't working that day and offered no further help. I ended up browsing the store alone, trying to find suitable exchange items, but no one stepped in to assist. In the end, I left empty-handed without completing the exchange. This stark contrast to my first visit, where the service was attentive and helpful, was surprising. Even more affordable brands often provide better customer service. I'm hesitant to return to this location due to this poor experience.

Decided to dress down and see which SA will still provide stellar CS and I gotta highly recommend Jean. Was even offered drinks and got to try on different colors of the bag I wanted to get. Highly recommend her and she is very professional and does not judge us based on what we wear. Will definitely pop by again in future!

Great experience at this store on the weekend. Jean went out of her way to make my handbag purchase an easy, seamless one. Unlike the other stores (*cough*LV*cough*), they made sure to make you feel like they were truly serving YOU. We were also given refreshments which were absolutely lacking in all the other usual designer stores in the vicinity. This is why I’ll always buy Saint Laurent.

The sales woman lacked manners and treated my mother and I rudely. She was so condescending and claimed I had no idea what I'm talking about. Not only that but she kept interrupting us. She even had the guys to pull up a "celebrity using the bag we were looking at?? As if I wouldn't know the brand ambassador?? Other boutiques are better and have great customer service for example the YSL Beauty

I came to the shop and was looking to do an exchange for my online purchase. As I have made the exchange request by phone earlier, the staff at ION was not able to process my request when I went down to the store. But they were trying their best to help me do the exchange. Shout out to the staffs especially Zoe for the constant updates until I got the order delivered to home!!

SHE IS VERY APPROACHABLE AND PROVIDE VALUABLE INPUTS FOR US TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT PURSE AND EVENTUALLY EVEN GOTTEN A HANDBAG AS WELL. WE LOVE HOW SHE MADE US FEEL SO WELCOME.
