Happened to pop by the store after walking around Ion Orchard and Jian Bin was the one who attended to me. I had experienced rude and unfriendly sales associates the entire day so I was pleasantly surprised to be treated so nicely. Not only was Jian Bin friendly and extremely helpful, he even took out different colours of the bag for me to see even though I wasn't sure if I would be buying it. I was so impressed by his service that I went back the next day to purchase the bag. 2 weeks later I even went back to buy 2 more card holders from him. At first I couldn't decide between 2 designs of the card holder but he understood what I wanted and recommended the best one for me. It turned out to be exactly what I needed. Highly recommend looking for Jian Bin if you are at Saint Laurent in Ion Orchard, his service is really top notch.

Bought a wallet at ion outlet and was really impressed with Siti’s service. She was very friendly and patient to introduce the different models to us! Definitely will recommend to find her if you come to the outlet at ion :)

Terrible service standard. Called the store for 4 consecutive times during an off peak timing and all calls goes unanswered.

Had a wonderful experience with Ms Marvis. I had an old belt that had sentimental value. I wanted to keep using the belt head and change the worn out belt body. She actively checked with HQ and the warehouse and eventually placed an order for me. There was some wait but she kept her eye on the situation and immediately informed me when the new belt was ready for collection. She was patient and proactive though-out the process. Thank you Marvis! Means a lot.
