Had a wonderful experience with Ms Marvis. I had an old belt that had sentimental value. I wanted to keep using the belt head and change the worn out belt body. She actively checked with HQ and the warehouse and eventually placed an order for me. There was some wait but she kept her eye on the situation and immediately informed me when the new belt was ready for collection. She was patient and proactive though-out the process.
