Very disappointed with the product quality and service. Bought a clog on 21 June from Crocs at ION Orchard. After wearing it once, the plastic rivet was broken and strap came off. I contacted WhatsApp customer service, called the shop and emailed customer service but they would not refund or exchange a new pair for me.

Great selection of Crocs here but some items can be immediately unavailable because other stores do not carry them. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will come back to this store.

The Filipina staff were very helpful while I was choosing a pair of slippers. I am giving a 4-star rating because they did not inform me about the tax refund eligibility for purchases over 100 SGD. This was a bit disappointing as it would have been helpful information to know.

This is my very first experience with a great staff Caleb. Am so impressed with his willingness and genuinely to go the extra miles to check with other stores despite the colour I wanted is OOS. In fact I would still preferred for the colour initially I wanted. But with the service he render, I got other colour from him instead. Thank u so much Caleb and keep up the positive attitude. And last but not least deeply appreciate for the assistance u offered to get the studs fix.

Went there hoping to get shoes for my son, and the shop was unmanned. There were 3 service staff in the shop, but they were either looking at the ceiling, the floor, their phones or each other. Wondering if I went out in my invisibility cloak.

Omg waste of my time. Guys take note that ur vouchers dont work on classic black, while and bone crocs. That sales lady made us wait for so long while she take time scanning one customer's items, then told us we cant use the coupon. When we ask why wasnt that term written on the receipt, she said it will be a long list to write on. Nabei cannot write on the back of the receipt or on a voucher like how other normal stores do it? God please get a better customer experience manager if you have one

Absolutely enjoyed the facial at Aeras. Visiting for close to a year now and it only gets better - every facial is customized to your skin condition and they are always improving on procedures or treatments. The shop’s decor and ambience relaxes you from the moment you walk in. Staff are very friendly and there’s absolutely NO hard selling. I only signed package after visiting for 4 months. What truly set this experience apart is that Chloe’s expertise and knowledge of skincare were evidently right from the start! I’ve been able to take care of my skin even better now. She is also very attentive to details, not only on your skin but also remembers conversation from previous visit. I feel confident walking out after every visit knowing that I’m ever closer to achieving my dream skin. Thank you Chloe & the Aeras team!!!

Was recommended to Aeras by my friend and so far it has been my 4th time here? The last 2 times I was here I was treated by Lynn and her service has been amazing so far. The first time I came with a really bad morning sinus and she was so patient and even helped to soothe my sinus with some simple facial massage as well as provided me some warm water. Extraction was also done really precisely and carefully which I truly appreciate as extractions tend to be really painful for me and Lynn has made monthly facial appointments less daunting and an exceptional experience for me. She also gave me skincare tips which helped my skin to improve as well. Thank you so much Lynn!😊

I’ve been going for regular facial sessions at Aeras and overall very happy with the service I get everytime, without any package pushing at all! I must say my favorite therapist is Allyxis - she’s meticulous, shares her advice readily (not just to sell something), sweet natured, has great extraction skills, and most importantly I feel that she understands my skin woes and is always very encouraging! Thanks so much for the enjoyable sessions so far ☺️

Have been going to Aeras for quite a few years now, always greeted by warm and friendly staff at the front desk. The environment is comfortable and no hard selling from day 1. Angie has been my go to therapist, I really liked how she is meticulous when assessing my skin situation and providing suggestions based on my skin condition. She’s detailed and skillful when treating my skin, often checking in and giving heads up before treatments so I know what to expect.
