Went there hoping to get shoes for my son, and the shop was unmanned. There were 3 service staff in the shop, but they were either looking at the ceiling, the floor, their phones or each other. Wondering if I went out in my invisibility cloak.

Omg waste of my time. Guys take note that ur vouchers dont work on classic black, while and bone crocs. That sales lady made us wait for so long while she take time scanning one customer's items, then told us we cant use the coupon. When we ask why wasnt that term written on the receipt, she said it will be a long list to write on. Nabei cannot write on the back of the receipt or on a voucher like how other normal stores do it? God please get a better customer experience manager if you have one

I got my limited edition crocs from them. So happy about their service. The staff were so accommodating and helpful.

I had a great experience. I bought my kakashi crocs at vivo and it was a size too big. I was near Ion, gave the ion crocs outlet a call and they were happy to exchange. The whole process was very smooth and had a pleasent conversation with the staff.

Been to Aeras for 3 times now and I always enjoyed all the sessions. My beautician Allyxis always made me feel comfortable and tailor every session based on what my skin needs. I am surprised Allyxis remembers the holiday plans I told her 2 months prior and she will remind and give me tips on how to take better care to prep for my upcoming trip. At the end I always appreciate how the team at Aeras does not push or upsell but only share what is their monthly promotion which I truly appreciate that.

I have been going to Aeras for monthly facials for more than a year now and it has helped to keep my skin condition stable! She always evaluates my skin condition thoroughly before recommending a suitable treatment and her extractions are always gentle and painless! I went for facials during my pregnancy and she always went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable during the treatments ❤️

I've been going to Aeras for a few years now, and every session has always been a positive experience. The facial treatments and products they offer have made a significant improvement to my acne-prone skin. The facial therapists always take the time to explain treatments suitable for my skin condition and give great advice on skincare. While I don't have a specific therapist preference, all the therapists from the my previous visits have always been friendly and professional. Jaslyn did my treatment recently, and she was gentle on my skin, meticulous and accomodating. Highly recommend the treatments here! 👍 Big thank you to Aeras team! Looking forward to my next session :)
