The Filipina staff were very helpful while I was choosing a pair of slippers. I am giving a 4-star rating because they did not inform me about the tax refund eligibility for purchases over 100 SGD. This was a bit disappointing as it would have been helpful information to know.

I got my limited edition crocs from them. So happy about their service. The staff were so accommodating and helpful.

This is my very first experience with a great staff Caleb. Am so impressed with his willingness and genuinely to go the extra miles to check with other stores despite the colour I wanted is OOS. In fact I would still preferred for the colour initially I wanted. But with the service he render, I got other colour from him instead. Thank u so much Caleb and keep up the positive attitude. And last but not least deeply appreciate for the assistance u offered to get the studs fix.

Very disappointed with the product quality and service. Bought a clog on 21 June from Crocs at ION Orchard. After wearing it once, the plastic rivet was broken and strap came off. I contacted WhatsApp customer service, called the shop and emailed customer service but they would not refund or exchange a new pair for me.

I bought the Brooklyn 4U sandals online but found the fit rather snug. I went to the Tampines outlet on 1/7/24 and a young Chinese sales person(unfortunately I did not get his name) helped me to reserve a bigger size at the ION branch because they did not have the size at Tampines. Today (2/7/24), I went to the ION branch and was served by a young Chinese girl named Angie. She was very helpful and patient in advising me on the correct size I needed. As it was my first time buying these Crocs sandals, I was not sure of the correct sizing for me so her attentiveness was much appreciated. I wish to commend these 2 young sales persons for their awesome service. Thank you very much.

Visited on Sunday, very good service from this outlet! Staff are very friendly and helpful, went to the extra mile to help me customize my shoe! Special shoutout to staff Ye Xun, i called up to mention i wanted to change the size of my shoe he asked me the size and design so he can reserved for me to come for exchange. Ye Xun is very kind, could feel his sincerity from the heart even through our conservation over the phone! Do visit them @ ION as the place is spacious, nice shopping environment, most importantly is the friendly STAFF!

I've been going to Aeras for a few years now, and every session has always been a positive experience. The facial treatments and products they offer have made a significant improvement to my acne-prone skin. The facial therapists always take the time to explain treatments suitable for my skin condition and give great advice on skincare. While I don't have a specific therapist preference, all the therapists from the my previous visits have always been friendly and professional. Jaslyn did my treatment recently, and she was gentle on my skin, meticulous and accomodating. Highly recommend the treatments here! 👍 Big thank you to Aeras team! I have been going to Aeras for monthly facials for more than a year now and it has helped to keep my skin condition stable! My skin is terribly clog prone and the facials have been an effective way in keeping my skin clear. I highly recommend my therapist Allyxis. She always evaluates my skin condition thoroughly before recommending a suitable treatment and her extractions are always gentle and painless! I went for facials during my pregnancy and she always went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable during the treatments ❤️

Have been going to Aeras for quite a few years now, always greeted by warm and friendly staff at the front desk. The environment is comfortable and no hard selling from day 1. Angie has been my go to therapist, I really liked how she is meticulous when assessing my skin situation and providing suggestions based on my skin condition. She’s detailed and skillful when treating my skin, often checking in and giving heads up before treatments so I know what to expect.

I’ve been to Aeras for 1 year plus & Angie was my therapist till now. She has done wonders to my skin since my broke out. It was so bad. With great maintenance, my skin has improved so much. To great & smoother skin.
