I bought the Brooklyn 4U sandals online but found the fit rather snug. I went to the Tampines outlet on 1/7/24 and a young Chinese sales person(unfortunately I did not get his name) helped me to reserve a bigger size at the ION branch because they did not have the size at Tampines. Today (2/7/24), I went to the ION branch and was served by a young Chinese girl named Angie. She was very helpful and patient in advising me on the correct size I needed. As it was my first time buying these Crocs sandals, I was not sure of the correct sizing for me so her attentiveness was much appreciated. I wish to commend these 2 young sales persons for their awesome service. Thank you very much.

Went to this outlet on 15/12/2023. Firstly, it had only 2 staffs in the store. I can say it's severely understaffed. Lots of customers in the stores. Secondly, thank you the female staff with specs to help me out getting the size I wanted for my siren clogs. Even though she forgets abit, but it's totally fine for me. Gotten the clogs and it fits perfectly Payment was smooth, the male staff was friendly and told us about the promotion going on in the store too. :)

Very disappointed with the product quality and service. Bought a clog on 21 June from Crocs at ION Orchard. After wearing it once, the plastic rivet was broken and strap came off. I contacted WhatsApp customer service, called the shop and emailed customer service but they would not refund or exchange a new pair for me.

Service in person was great -sales person Rebecca was very helpful, courteous and polite. She helped to put the charms in my crocs before I purchased it as a whole set. Ion Crocs seems like the only place that carries Crocs Siren Clogs, having checked out Jewel's and Plaza Singapura which both do not carry. Rebecca also assisted me in clocking the Ion rewards points. However, call-wise, I did attempt to call two days prior to check if the Siren Clogs are in store with my size, but Ion Crocs did not pick up, all three times. Because of that, I would remove a star :(

Great selection of Crocs here but some items can be immediately unavailable because other stores do not carry them. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will come back to this store.

The Filipina staff were very helpful while I was choosing a pair of slippers. I am giving a 4-star rating because they did not inform me about the tax refund eligibility for purchases over 100 SGD. This was a bit disappointing as it would have been helpful information to know.

Been to Aeras for 3 times now and I always enjoyed all the sessions. My beautician Allyxis always made me feel comfortable and tailor every session based on what my skin needs. I am surprised Allyxis remembers the holiday plans I told her 2 months prior and she will remind and give me tips on how to take better care to prep for my upcoming trip. At the end I always appreciate how the team at Aeras does not push or upsell but only share what is their monthly promotion which I truly appreciate that.

Angie has been my facial therapist for months! I love how detailed she is on my face! Providing recommendation on the different skin treatments. Always leaving aeras with my skin glowing and healthy ! Thanks Angie!

Been going to Aeras for acne treatment since mid 2021 almost every month and chose to keep returning to them for their excellent service, good quality and the fact that there’s no hard sell at all makes me feel a lot more comfortable. I highly recommend my facial therapist Carolyn, who is very friendly and amicable. I always trust the facial treatment she recommends every session after analysing my facial condition and while I am still suffering from severe acne, I can tell that my face has calmed down quite a lot as compared to the past.
