We visited the Panerai Ion boutique over the past weekend. Twice actually, both on Sat and Sun. Every moment from start to finish was a very pleasant experience. Maz, Chris and everyone were friendly, knowledgeable of panerai’s history, and took pains to show us what might suit us. Even to the extra surprise of getting us some yummy goodies when they knew we were returning on Sunday. It was definitely one of our favorite retail experiences. Love the watch. The warm helpful service was even better! Keep up the great work guys.

I got my limited edition crocs from them. So happy about their service. The staff were so accommodating and helpful.

Went to this outlet on 15/12/2023. Firstly, it had only 2 staffs in the store. I can say it's severely understaffed. Lots of customers in the stores. Secondly, thank you the female staff with specs to help me out getting the size I wanted for my siren clogs. Even though she forgets abit, but it's totally fine for me. Gotten the clogs and it fits perfectly Payment was smooth, the male staff was friendly and told us about the promotion going on in the store too. :)

Great experience! We were assisted by Quan Hui, she was very patient and kind with our kids despite it being only her second day at work. Not only great products but also great service.

Visited on Sunday, very good service from this outlet! Staff are very friendly and helpful, went to the extra mile to help me customize my shoe! Special shoutout to staff Ye Xun, i called up to mention i wanted to change the size of my shoe he asked me the size and design so he can reserved for me to come for exchange. Ye Xun is very kind, could feel his sincerity from the heart even through our conservation over the phone! Do visit them @ ION as the place is spacious, nice shopping environment, most importantly is the friendly STAFF!

Service in person was great -sales person Rebecca was very helpful, courteous and polite. She helped to put the charms in my crocs before I purchased it as a whole set. Ion Crocs seems like the only place that carries Crocs Siren Clogs, having checked out Jewel's and Plaza Singapura which both do not carry. Rebecca also assisted me in clocking the Ion rewards points. However, call-wise, I did attempt to call two days prior to check if the Siren Clogs are in store with my size, but Ion Crocs did not pick up, all three times. Because of that, I would remove a star :(

Great selection of Crocs here but some items can be immediately unavailable because other stores do not carry them. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will come back to this store.

Went there hoping to get shoes for my son, and the shop was unmanned. There were 3 service staff in the shop, but they were either looking at the ceiling, the floor, their phones or each other. Wondering if I went out in my invisibility cloak.

Very disappointed with the product quality and service. Bought a clog on 21 June from Crocs at ION Orchard. After wearing it once, the plastic rivet was broken and strap came off. I contacted WhatsApp customer service, called the shop and emailed customer service but they would not refund or exchange a new pair for me.
