Torn between getting a Panerai or a JLC. And I hate to admit it, but I'm still sitting on the fence. While their designs are polished, I haven't found a Panerai piece that makes my heart go boom... it's a personal thing of course. Even after a night of having a think on it, I'm still undecided, although I might just return to JLC. What a dilemma... Service at this Panerai boutique is generally eager to please although the boutique itself is a tad compact and more functional-like. I can't help but make comparisons to their New York outpost which is quite the museum and probably would influence my decision in a big way....hmm, that's an idea. There again, objectivity is a good thing and I shall return to reflecting on this a tad more.

Great experience! We were assisted by Quan Hui, she was very patient and kind with our kids despite it being only her second day at work. Not only great products but also great service.

Went to this outlet on 15/12/2023. Firstly, it had only 2 staffs in the store. I can say it's severely understaffed. Lots of customers in the stores. Secondly, thank you the female staff with specs to help me out getting the size I wanted for my siren clogs. Even though she forgets abit, but it's totally fine for me. Gotten the clogs and it fits perfectly Payment was smooth, the male staff was friendly and told us about the promotion going on in the store too. :)

Went there hoping to get shoes for my son, and the shop was unmanned. There were 3 service staff in the shop, but they were either looking at the ceiling, the floor, their phones or each other. Wondering if I went out in my invisibility cloak.

Omg waste of my time. Guys take note that ur vouchers dont work on classic black, while and bone crocs. That sales lady made us wait for so long while she take time scanning one customer's items, then told us we cant use the coupon. When we ask why wasnt that term written on the receipt, she said it will be a long list to write on. Nabei cannot write on the back of the receipt or on a voucher like how other normal stores do it? God please get a better customer experience manager if you have one

Great selection of Crocs here but some items can be immediately unavailable because other stores do not carry them. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will come back to this store.

I had a great experience. I bought my kakashi crocs at vivo and it was a size too big. I was near Ion, gave the ion crocs outlet a call and they were happy to exchange. The whole process was very smooth and had a pleasent conversation with the staff.

Service in person was great -sales person Rebecca was very helpful, courteous and polite. She helped to put the charms in my crocs before I purchased it as a whole set. Ion Crocs seems like the only place that carries Crocs Siren Clogs, having checked out Jewel's and Plaza Singapura which both do not carry. Rebecca also assisted me in clocking the Ion rewards points. However, call-wise, I did attempt to call two days prior to check if the Siren Clogs are in store with my size, but Ion Crocs did not pick up, all three times. Because of that, I would remove a star :(
