This crowded little shop is almost always filled with women buying shoes in a lot! So does my wife, she loves this place as they sell good quality shoes for affordable prices. While the store is located in B2 (Ian Orchard link) there is never a shortage of customers. Primarily shoes are sold here, but they sell some accessories too. Of course they accept cards.

My hubby and I are extremely impressed and pleased with Maz. The service that he rendered was nothing short of excellent. His product knowledge is superb. Every question was instantly answered with clarity and in detail, too - a walking encyclopaedia and the ideal rep for Panerai. He made the whole experience welcoming and fun, too, as he also has a good sense of humour. Our initial intent was to ‘have a look’ and my hubby ended up buying. I guess we were somehow drawn in by Maz’s impeccable attitude, service, passion and product knowledge. There is a personal touch in everything that he did and of course, we love Panerai’s unique designs. A week later, we, together with our daughter and family friend were treated to his expertise in the watchmaking workshop. He even knew our guests’ name by heart! We all had a great time playing watchmakers (wish the workshop was longer, though). My hubby and I love our Panerai watches. Looking forward to level 2 of the workshop. Thanks, Maz and Panerai.

Torn between getting a Panerai or a JLC. And I hate to admit it, but I'm still sitting on the fence. While their designs are polished, I haven't found a Panerai piece that makes my heart go boom... it's a personal thing of course. Even after a night of having a think on it, I'm still undecided, although I might just return to JLC. What a dilemma... Service at this Panerai boutique is generally eager to please although the boutique itself is a tad compact and more functional-like. I can't help but make comparisons to their New York outpost which is quite the museum and probably would influence my decision in a big way....hmm, that's an idea. There again, objectivity is a good thing and I shall return to reflecting on this a tad more.

We visited the Panerai Ion boutique over the past weekend. Twice actually, both on Sat and Sun. Every moment from start to finish was a very pleasant experience. Maz, Chris and everyone were friendly, knowledgeable of panerai’s history, and took pains to show us what might suit us. Even to the extra surprise of getting us some yummy goodies when they knew we were returning on Sunday. It was definitely one of our favorite retail experiences. Love the watch. The warm helpful service was even better! Keep up the great work guys.

Andrea was friendly, approachable, and made myself and my friends feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The masterclass itself was a fantastic experience—well-organized, interactive, and informative. The hands-on aspect of the session made it engaging and enjoyable, and Andrea’s guidance throughout was invaluable. I highly recommend visiting Panerai at Orchard Ion and connecting with Andrea if you’re looking for a memorable luxury experience. Her expertise and warm demeanour elevates the entire experience. One of the best Panerai boutiques for sure. And special thanks to Mazzy, who is doing extremely good job. Thanks to Maz, I got an amazing experience of watchmaking during Panerai masterclass. Although it was a very beginner level of reassembling and assembling a part of mechanical watch, I felt how precise and valuable is the work of watch makers, and now I love my watch even more.
