a nice big Lego shop! there was an incredibly large variety of Legos, and they even had a photo spot and a build your own Lego station. this place is conveniently located above orchard mrt too, definitely a must visit for Lego lovers!

Trying to promote me to pay for membership, proceeded to cancel my order then decided to call their mgr to confirm. Wasted my time coz ended up having to rescan my items when their own sales policy does not meet the policy for membership.

The LEGO Certified Store at ION Orchard in Singapore is a must-visit for LEGO fans, offering a wide selection of sets—from classic themes to the latest exclusives—along with unique features like the Build-A-Minifigure station, one of only three in the country. Located at 2 Orchard Turn, #04-15, the store also includes an interactive play area that enhances the shopping experience for children. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are eager to assist and make recommendations. Though the store isn’t the largest but its well-curated.

Big shop comparing to other branches. The mixed and match have more selection, they put all the rows filled with many so called uncommon bricks piece. Many lego displays which are interesting. Some sets have 20% discount. I wanted the globe 🌎🌍 set. Very interesting set.

I visited the ION LEGO store today, and I walked away as a happy customer. Shout out to Melissa for providing us such a great customer service experience! We did not do much research before going to the store so we were lost and confused with what LEGO has to offer, luckily Melissa was ready to serve and helped us with our gift selections. I am pretty sure my nephew will be the happiest boy when he finds out what we picked for him, thank you!

I would like to compliment a staff member named Eugene. He works full time and is full of expertise. Pointing out how to connect the zips, he helpfully gives his recommendation on the size of the winter coats. He not only helps his customers, but also mans the counter tirelessly. His commitment to work is amazing and he also assisted us when we did not ask for help. Eugene is immensely proactive and has a friendly personality.

Would definitely come back again! Went to pick out a nice hoodie for myself and a staff named “Joyce” and “Eugene” were extremely friendly and quick to get the stocks out. Overall, a pleasant experience and will come back to buy again!

it’s funny how we received bad customer service just cause my partner (a male), was trying a brown puffer jacket on the women’s section that we didn’t know of. we only got to know by one of your staff by her simply letting us know it was a women’s section with an attitude. i’m not trying to speculate anything but when your staff is serving a chinese customer, she’s so bright and cheerful but not to a malay customer like me ? i was very disappointed the minute she did that. she could simply just tell us off nicely, without an attitude. she was wearing clear grey specs with a black fleece jacket. Her hair’s short and goes by the name of Yang Huan. I really hope you guys can do something about this as I don't want other customers experiencing the same thing. thank you.

We got what we needed but the service was so bad, staff all looked like they didn’t want to be there. When we were asking for shoe sizes and other colours, they sighed very loudly and were just disinterested to help and answer. Their energy was screaming “get me out of here”.
