The LEGO Certified Store at ION Orchard in Singapore is a must-visit for LEGO fans, offering a wide selection of sets—from classic themes to the latest exclusives—along with unique features like the Build-A-Minifigure station, one of only three in the country. Located at 2 Orchard Turn, #04-15, the store also includes an interactive play area that enhances the shopping experience for children. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are eager to assist and make recommendations. Though the store isn’t the largest but its well-curated.

Trying to promote me to pay for membership, proceeded to cancel my order then decided to call their mgr to confirm. Wasted my time coz ended up having to rescan my items when their own sales policy does not meet the policy for membership.

a nice big Lego shop! there was an incredibly large variety of Legos, and they even had a photo spot and a build your own Lego station. this place is conveniently located above orchard mrt too, definitely a must visit for Lego lovers!

I was impressed with the customer service, particularly from Jun Cai. I was intending to purchase a couple of lego sets for my grandchildren. Nicely decorated a quality toys store. Price on high side. There are Lego minifigure mix and match, Lego assembly table for 2 to 4 kids to play, Lego assembly wall for 2 kids to play and pick and fit in small container as much as possible. You and your kids will enjoy your visit. For members certain items will have further discount. Recommended

I’ve been to a his outlet many times . I’ve bought multiple sets from here. And I’ve had it! Your staff here are completely not interested in being there. They more interested in gossip, talking among themselves. Yesterday was the best ! You guys didn’t have the set I wanted. And this person sits behind the counter and tells me to just go to the website. No decent courtesy or mutual respect to stand and address another human being. They all need another level of maturity and humbleness at this store. Just cos you’re in ion does t mean you don’t have to show an ounce of courtesy. Or do we have to pay extra for that as well ? Or better yet, just go to the website?

Had a wonderful experience during my visit to TNF Ion on Monday evening. The staffs (Jo and another gentleman) are knowledgeable, very patient and helped a lot in my search for a jacket. No discounted service although I am purchasing a 70% off item.

They have a wide variety of products. I got a big backpack and a fleece jacket for my overseas trip. Decent quality as you would expect from this brand. Some are quite expensive. Personally recommend backpacks as they last for a long time. I still use its backpack after 20 years!

Special shout out to Joyce and the warranty team. Dedicated services and post sales follow up when I faced an issue with my pair of gloves. Thanks for your diligent follow up and patience to listen to me.
