We got what we needed but the service was so bad, staff all looked like they didn’t want to be there. When we were asking for shoe sizes and other colours, they sighed very loudly and were just disinterested to help and answer. Their energy was screaming “get me out of here”.

Fine collection but I feel like their products are very costly. I am okay with costly but comparing the same products with other top brands, I felt like it is too high. Maybe their products are of great quality. Need to go again to make my final decision for myself. Till then, enjoy few pics which I captured there.

We visited the store around 8:45 pm yesterday & were well greeted by Joyce. She is extremely patient throughout the whole transaction by sharing her knowledge & recommend the shoe that can fit me well. She has never rushed us despite the store already closing. Thank you for the great service!

No customer in the shop. I wanted to check the bags but the staff and stuff there block my way. Well, is not like i cant reach the bag. But it ruined the shopping experience. All staff appear to be at the corner, instead of standby and welcome guests. All these probably dont deserve one star but i hope the brand manager can see this as i still believe TNF is a good brand.

I would like to compliment a staff member named Eugene. He works full time and is full of expertise. Pointing out how to connect the zips, he helpfully gives his recommendation on the size of the winter coats. He not only helps his customers, but also mans the counter tirelessly. His commitment to work is amazing and he also assisted us when we did not ask for help. Eugene is immensely proactive and has a friendly personality.

Very bad service and limited stock. Was looking for a jacket but the guy staff he’s around 40? Is very rude. Me and my partner likes north face products but I’m not buying from this store anymore. Rude service if I can put 0 star I would.

Needed to get some cold weather outer wear for an upcoming trip and was very impressed by the service I received from Jo. She took the effort to understand more about my trip (what kind of climate? What kind of activities? Will you get wet?) so as to recommend the best products for me. She also took into consideration my height and shape to make the right size recommendations. One would assume this is standard expectations of those who work in retail apparel, but that is hardly the case. I left the store very confident that I made the right purchase decisions because Jo helped me through them.

it’s funny how we received bad customer service just cause my partner (a male), was trying a brown puffer jacket on the women’s section that we didn’t know of. we only got to know by one of your staff by her simply letting us know it was a women’s section with an attitude. i’m not trying to speculate anything but when your staff is serving a chinese customer, she’s so bright and cheerful but not to a malay customer like me ? i was very disappointed the minute she did that. she could simply just tell us off nicely, without an attitude. she was wearing clear grey specs with a black fleece jacket. Her hair’s short and goes by the name of Yang Huan. I really hope you guys can do something about this as I don't want other customers experiencing the same thing. thank you.

Would definitely come back again! Went to pick out a nice hoodie for myself and a staff named “Joyce” and “Eugene” were extremely friendly and quick to get the stocks out. Overall, a pleasant experience and will come back to buy again!

Great north face outlet with helpful staff! Staff was very helpful and helped me find my sizes for a couple of t shirts and jackets. There was a storewide 8% promo along with an 18% discount if you spent over $180? Or was it $280?
