Subject: Poor Customer Service at ION Orchard Store I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at ION store today at around 2:30 pm. My husband and I visited their store intending to purchase shades and experience the in-store buying process. However, upon arrival, we were met with a group of six staff members (4 men 2 ladies) who were more engaged in conversation with each other than attending to customers. Despite our presence, they failed to acknowledge or assist us. What was even more striking was the stark contrast in treatment when a Caucasian customer entered the store shortly after us. The staff members immediately greeted him warmly, whereas they had completely ignored us. This perceived bias in service was not only disappointing but also unsettling. Unfortunately, the experience has left a lasting impression, and we have decided to take our business online instead. We will no longer be visiting their physical store, as we do not feel confident that we'll be receive the respect and service that we deserve as a customer. This was a missed opportunity for their store to make a sale and provide a positive customer experience. I hope that they will take concrete steps to address the issues that we faced and ensure that all customers are treated with fairness and respect.

Came to get a new pair of spectacles, was served by Yvonne. She was very professional and helpful in introducing me the various types of lens, frame types and conducting of eye test. Very satisfied with the whole process and the service rendered, can tell that Yvonne is very knowledgeable and experienced in this field. Highly recommend anyone else looking for spectacles to give this place a try!

Our family has been going to Zoff to make our glasses for many years. Yvonne will always give us a warm welcome whenever she sees us. She’s child friendly; an attentive and conscientious person. Keep up the good work and look forward to visiting you for our next pair.

Cookie and Charlene are very friendly, gentle, patient and professional. My first time here to make reading glasses. I feel very comfortable around them. ZOFF can complete making new lens in 30mins with my own purchased glasses. I took my contact lens and rested for 20mins. Eye test took less than 10mins. Wait for another 30mins for the glasses to be ready. Total 1 hour. Lens and using outside glasses - total cost $156 nett. Very pleased with my purchase and their service.

I have been interested to get another pair of progressive lens glasses and read about Zoff. I already have been using a progressive lens from another brand but heard about Zoff being reasonably priced. I was more wowed by the service. Charlene who attended to me was more concerned that I understand the usage of progressive glasses I had. She took the time to guide me and adjusted the nose bridge and told me to take my time before coming back to get an additional pair. This has made me a super loyal customer now. I will definitely be coming back soon to get my second pair. This is truly a place where they are focused on you as a client rather than trying to make a sale.

I had dinner with my friends in Orchard and popped by this store tonight, I lost the screws of my glass two days ago and temporarily maintained it with strings. Sorry that I forgot to ask the staff name who helped me, he helped me find the suitable screws and fixed my glass. when I asked whether I need to pay, he said it’s totally free and even helped me clean my glass. Write this review to appreciate his kindness and good patience to treat customers even not buying, thanks a lot for your help. 🥰

Just wanted to check my eyesight as vision has not been sharp recently. Was expecting to make a new pair of glasses. Optician Jasmine Tan was very patient and conducted a very thorough eye check. Turns out there was a marginal increase but after she adjusted my current pair of glasses, vision automatically became clearer as she adjusted the focal point. She did not employ any hard selling tactics at all to make me purchase a new pair. Appreciate her professionalism and patience.

Was recommended to have my progressive glasses made at Zoff ION and received impeccable service from Charlene. She was patient and took extra care to measure the segment height and that I was comfortable with the lenses. When I collected the glasses, she explained how to wear them and how I should adjust my chin to get the correct angle. I have been wearing my pair for 2 weeks and have adjusted well to my first pair of progressive glasses. Will be recommending family and friends to visit the store for their optical needs.

Ms Yvonne Lew is very detailed and informative, very patient and providing my mum a very good customer service, understanding her needs. We will definitely come back again to make glasses again in the future.
