Her service is consistently outstanding—she’s genuinely kind, attentive, and always goes the extra mile, often offering to polish my necklace. Rachel truly makes the large store feel welcoming and personal every time I visit.

Our experience at Tiffany & Co. Singapore was nothing short of exceptional, and we have Rachel and the wonderful team to thank for it. They truly embody the level of service and care one expects from such a prestigious brand. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. My fiancée was looking for a few special pieces, and Rachel was an absolute delight to work with. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding her through the collection with great expertise. Rachel’s attentiveness made the selection process a relaxed and joyful one, not at all rushed. She made my fiancée feel like the most important person in the room. During the purchase, Rachel and her team's thoughtful gestures truly elevated the experience. As we waited for the jewelry to be wrapped, they presented us with delicious chocolates. It was a small detail, but it was so appreciated and made the moment even more special. The care taken with the packaging was also flawless; the items were perfectly and meticulously wrapped, reflecting the high standards of the Tiffany brand. This was a truly memorable and delightful visit. The level of personalized service we received from Rachel and the entire team at Tiffany & Co. Singapore is commendable. Brought my pendant back for polishing at ION. Was served by Winni and her customer service was excellent! As I did not have any records there, she patiently helped to search for the item code and even provide polishing cloth for my necklace and packed them nicely for me to bring back. 👍👍 Thumbs up for Winni! …

I recently visited the store for a ring resizing and polishing service, and while there were some challenges with the resizing process being done incorrectly twice and the polishing not meeting my expectations, I want to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service I received from Victoria. She quickly recognized how the situation affected me and handled everything with such professionalism, empathy, and grace that it truly turned my experience around. Her ability to understand my concerns and make me feel valued as a customer was exceptional. Despite the initial issues, her attentiveness and commitment to ensuring my satisfaction left a lasting impression, and I deeply appreciate her effort. I believe such dedication deserves recognition, and I hope Tiffany & Co. values her as much as I do.

Purchased a gift on their online platform. Went down to ION Orchard for self-collection. Checked the gift and I assumed the staff would have tie the ribbon back (like how it came when item reached the store). Went to shop about and at some point in time, only to realized that the box was not tied with the ribbon. Instead, ribbon was stuffed to the side of the paper bag with the rest of the cards and my purchase. Would expect better service quality of this brand.

When we entered we got greeted by the lovely employees. When we were looking around they help suggest us other items that we might like. They also offered us water. Overall great experience.

Googled for nail salons near me and I found Nail Treats! Read the many good Google reviews and entered the salon… Both Jing En and Chloe were very friendly and professional - they checked if I was okay with the charges even before I’d asked, and then we proceeded to start my foot spa and gel mani. Overall the place is very clean, service is great, skills are okay too. Just note that if you want more fancy accessories (like ribbons for eg) nail art, they currently do not have too many to choose from (as yet). Maybe one tip is to go with a simpler backup design in case they don’t have the accessories that you initially wanted in stock.

My boyfriend and I are visiting from NYC and stopped into this Nail Studio after seeing the beautiful designs in the window. We were warmly greeted and taken care of. I got nail art for the first time, and my boyfriend got his first manicure! We loved visiting this studio, and we wish there was one in NYC for us to visit. My manicure came out so beautifully, was done so quickly and I am very happy. We recommend this nail studio to anyone near Orchard Road- beautiful studio with beautiful work at a fair price! Extremely disappointed with Nailz Treats @ ION — especially after being a long-time loyal customer. I recently found out that even though I’ve purchased a package with them, they still charge an extra fee to remove gel polish if it was done at another salon. I honestly cannot understand this policy — a gel removal is a gel removal. Why does it matter where I had it done previously? The process is exactly the same, and yet I'm penalized just because it wasn't done at their salon? It’s frustrating and feels like a way to squeeze more money from customers who have already committed by buying a package. I expected better treatment and a fairer approach, especially from a place I’ve supported for so long. This kind of unreasonable policy shows a lack of appreciation for loyal customers, and frankly, it’s enough to make me reconsider ever coming back.

Had been doing my manicure and pedicure here for a while now. Very skilled manicurists and detailed in keeping my nails in good shape. Very satisfied with Sherlyn and Doris who has been very professional.
