One of the worst customer service experience I’ve seen in SG. Came here on a Tuesday afternoon, 22 July, and saw a huge queue for the Shrimp Labubu Wacky Mart restock, but the item was placed behind the counter - so I asked the staff if they saw enough stock for those in line, he said he could not tell and the only way was to queue, totally neglecting the fact that some may only want to purchase one item, or are in a rush. If the staff were professional they would have explained it properly, instead he just told me off, saying then I think you should just not queue. What a joke - I’m a huge POP MART fan but even this is a new low for me. Not visiting this store again.

Went here on Nov 1 and queued 90 minutes for the labubu bag. It can get very packed in here but staff are very friendly. I got the brown plush flower bag!

The latest POP MART ION Orchard is located at the former OCBC space. Alight at NS22/TE14 Orchard MRT station and head to Exit 3 towards to Wisma Atria. During weekends/Festive Seasons, it is very crowded at any time of point and maybe due to security reasons, they only open small gap entrance for people to patronise their outlet. Advice not to bring any baby pram during this period. It can be very cramped near to the entrance but inside is slightly spacious. They have many POP MART figurine collection. Some of the popular are either sold out or selling fast. The staff is quite friendly and helps the customer to check the price.

Got a big hole on it and still fighting with the customer service team. They are SUPER unprofessional and keep ignoring your request. Never ever buy anything from pop mart. A definitely gone soon company.

Not easy to find as it is hidden by other shops so better go through the jewelry stores until you reach the corner. The popstation was not so bad but the scanner seems like not working well. You have to manually enter the reference code. Not so bad. Could improve better.

Nadia, Eugene and other Malay Girl are very helpful and patiently assist me to shift members Parcel to Spain. They assist me steps by steps until I was able to finish the procedure. Great customer service despite how busy the counter while I'm waiting to finish to fill my shipment details. They are very accomodating and andGreatCustomer service they provided even under the pressure. Please recognize their work commitment. Thia people are worth to Keepeepppp👍👍👍👍

I was a bit struggling to fill in the documents (3 different small parcels to send in Australia and France). The prices are affordable ! For any parcel under 0,500kg you pay 8.20$ (11.9 tracking one) to France or Australia. The ladies there are all very kind, helpful and efficient. They know well their job and are very professional.

The staff here some nice (Chinese elderly lady counter 5) and some v rude (Malay lady wearing specs counter 3), scolded me for not understanding her and slapped my hand when she selected the wrong payment mode. Waiting time when they just open 10.30am just 5 mins wait. But lunch time on both weekdays and weekends need to wait 0.5-1hr before being served. Regarding the SAM machine - Please avoid using the SAM kiosk here. Bought $40 worth of $2 stamps, only to be have it eaten by the machine. Machine suddenly forced closed on the screen after payment (pic 3), says its “under maintenance” (pic 4), still got charged (pic 1), then 5 mins later screen returned to homepage like nothing happened (pic 2). No stamps came out. Not the first time there’s an issue with this machine. Two weeks ago, couldn’t even get to the payment page, the screen kept hanging. Called their 1605 hotline to report this issue with the machine. They say need 3 working days on top of the day I called (Friday) to investigate and give an update on the refund. They mail parcels great, no missing parcel unlike the Raffles Place branch (3 missing parcels in 2 weeks).
