Amazing service from Juliana! Top notch initially wasn’t intending on making the purchase but she was so patient and knew the collections inside out. I ended up buying both rings on a whim! Thanks again Juliana I will be back.

Came by almost closing time at ION but really enjoyed the style tips by Juliana! Spent 45 minutes to get the right tips, and finally secured a beautiful set of necklace & bracelet. It is a dream design and rare wonderful service by Juliana.

Tia went above and beyond helping me untangle my necklace. She was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Her exceptional attitude and service truly made my day — staff like her are the reason I’ll keep coming back to APM Monaco.

It's a pleasant experience with James. He explained the details of exchange & warranty policy. But it will be great if can adjust the spot light on the customer side, coz it's hot even though I'm just stand there for awhile. :)

I'm regular customer for APM jewelry. Loves their product and good quality. This is my first time purchasing in Ion Orchard branch. The staff who serving me name Tia. She is very attentive, friendly and gives honest opinion that which items suit me best. If u guys happen want to buy jewerly, find her. Been eyeing on Asymmetric Triple Météorites Earrings quite sometimes. Wish they sell the climber earring in pair. Probably need to buy another pair 😅 (can wear upward or downward, depend how u like it)

Friend recommended me this shop, I went during my trip to Singapore. Located in busy mall, the shop doesn't have seating. Impressed by the sales guy there, he was full of energy and explained the product very well and entertaining way. Bought dark chocolate almond flavour. Undoubtedly this is the best chocolate shop in Singapore. The taste is very good and hope they open an outlet in my country also.

this is meant mainly as a review of their cakes as our family ocassionally buy cakes from awfully choc. Sadly the quality of their rum and cherry cake has deteriorated. we’ve ordered it twice now from two different branches (Vivo and Ion) and we can hardly taste the rum or cherry… the chocolate banana cake is still good though. Hopefully they improve on the quality and try to bring it back to the same ones we’ve always liked over the years.

I reached out to customer service regarding the quality of their individually packed chocolate biscuits, which had softened and developed a “stale” smell even though they still had 1-2 months left before expiration. To ensure I wasn’t being overly picky, I asked several other people to try them, and they confirmed the same issue. Given that the price of one of these biscuits is almost as much as a whole packet from a common supermarket, I expected better quality. Unfortunately, the customer service representative brushed off my feedback without sincerely apologising and following up except asking for picking up the biscuits tomorrow as if I am waiting for their instruction, saying that the biscuits are selling well which doesn’t mean anything as most people may simply not bother to report issues. If anyone is curious to check for themselves, feel free to PM me for the leftover biscuits to confirm their softened texture and off smell. Disappointing experience, especially at this price point.

Today i met one of kindest person, his name is Mike. We have some nice talk after he is asking to buy my cigarrates at random india resto and he gave me this! Thanks mate for the chocolate 👊🏻, very nice to see you. Apparently after checking again, my flight is in the morning so i can't do visit. My Wife reschedule the flight 😂.
