Thick choc ice cream - satisfied my craving. Quite a big portion too!

I love their original cake! First time trying the banana chocolate cake and it was pretty underwhelming. The cake was still moist and the chocolate part at the outer layer was good, but will prob be better if there’s another layer of chocolate instead of 2 layer of banana as find it not chocolaty enough.

Always loved their simplest basic All Chocolate Cake! 🎂🍫 Just the nice amount of moist Choco sponge and not overly cloying and not too sweet mousse. Very slight bitterness to taste though (doesn’t have that prominent alluring dark choco taste), but still a decent balanced chocolate cake for all! 😋 Note: Don’t expect a very melty chocolatey cake. Ever tried their Banana and Rum & Cherry, but my family ultimately still prefer the basic Chocolate Cake!

I've been a big fan of the super stacked chocolate cake ever since it was introduced at Awfully Chocolate. However , it becomes more expensive and the size of one piece getting smaller as compared to the last time I could have it often . Can we have more birthday rewards or promotions ? :)

Ordered the white chocolate creme brulee and triple chocolate almond to go. There was no seating at this branch. The display set was pleasant and aesthetic. The packaging was nice with adorable utensils provided. The white chocolate creme brulee was quite sweet though. Triple chocolate almond was tasty. The cakes were at least $10. Good indulgence.

I had a really disappointing experience at this store. The staff member helping me didn’t even know how the Ion rewards program works — I had to explain it myself, and even then, she seemed completely confused. All I wanted to do was buy a simple cake, but the process took forever. There was no urgency, no proper service, and it felt like they weren’t trained at all.

this is meant mainly as a review of their cakes as our family ocassionally buy cakes from awfully choc. Sadly the quality of their rum and cherry cake has deteriorated. we’ve ordered it twice now from two different branches (Vivo and Ion) and we can hardly taste the rum or cherry… the chocolate banana cake is still good though. Hopefully they improve on the quality and try to bring it back to the same ones we’ve always liked over the years.

Friend recommended me this shop, I went during my trip to Singapore. Located in busy mall, the shop doesn't have seating. Impressed by the sales guy there, he was full of energy and explained the product very well and entertaining way. Bought dark chocolate almond flavour. Undoubtedly this is the best chocolate shop in Singapore. The taste is very good and hope they open an outlet in my country also.

The signature chocolate cake is as good and tasty as always. Love this cake because it's so moist and so rich, which a thick chocolate ganache / cream all over the cake and it is one of my top few comfort foods. Will think of and crave this when there is a milestone in my life or when I am done and experiencing something challenging in my life. It's accompanied me through it all and would highly recommend getting the cake! Only small gripe is the price has risen considerably over the years, but will not say it has become so expensive that it is no longer affordable.
