Took taxi down only to find out the outlet is closed. Didnt even bother to update the new opening hours BOTH on google maps or their own official website. Both are stated Mon-Sun 10:30am-8pm. Really wasted my money, time and effort to bring my parcels down only to carry it back again. Attached is the latest opening hours as of current upload time. I rarely even post reviews not to say negative ones but this is really a disappointing experience.

Very good experience shopping with Hera at Ion Orchard. She’s very patient in explaining all the items during my first visit. Upon my second visit, I looked for her for my purchases and she was professional throughout. Highly recommended!

On the two occasions (24 June and 8 July) at the APM Ion, I was served by James. I find him pleasant. After a little interaction, he was able to grasp my accessories preference. He gave good suggestions but was not pushy. He is absolutely delightful.

Came by almost closing time at ION but really enjoyed the style tips by Juliana! Spent 45 minutes to get the right tips, and finally secured a beautiful set of necklace & bracelet. It is a dream design and rare wonderful service by Juliana.

It's a pleasant experience with James. He explained the details of exchange & warranty policy. But it will be great if can adjust the spot light on the customer side, coz it's hot even though I'm just stand there for awhile. :)
