My boyfriend and I are visiting from NYC and stopped into this Nail Studio after seeing the beautiful designs in the window. We were warmly greeted and taken care of. I got nail art for the first time, and my boyfriend got his first manicure! We loved visiting this studio, and we wish there was one in NYC for us to visit. My manicure came out so beautifully, was done so quickly and I am very happy. We recommend this nail studio to anyone near Orchard Road- beautiful studio with beautiful work at a fair price! Hello POP mart I am writing this email to lodge a very serious complaint. I purchased nearly 100 boxes of the Little Prince series blind boxes on your official website. However, when I received the goods, I found that the two boxes of the Super Secret did not have any security code labels. When I discovered this problem, I contacted the online customer service and wrote an email to inquire. But your official website gave me a unified response that the products sold were genuine, and they explained that it was a problem with your warehouse. Is this the way a large company like yours handles such matters? Please tell me how I can verify? You haven't given me any verification methods to verify. How can you say it's genuine? What's the reason? I can also suspect that the products you sent are counterfeit, or that the logistics company replaced my hidden ones. I have no way to verify the products at the moment. I need you to give me a reasonable solution. I need boxes with verification codes and a verification method.

FINALLY! A BIG POPMART STORE THAT IS AT ORCHARD! This is great for popmart lovers like myself with very aesthetics and interactive displays to soak the experience in. It has a futuristic mechanical factory style and dimoo train seat photo booth deep inside the shop. I also noted there is a popmart photo booth as well in a corner for those who are keen to print popmart themed photos with their friends at a fee. The store is rather big and well packed with variety. The downside of this place is that it is very crowded all the time due to the traffic coming in and out of wisma, and that's it's situated directly outside Orchard MRT.

One of the worst customer service experience I’ve seen in SG. Came here on a Tuesday afternoon, 22 July, and saw a huge queue for the Shrimp Labubu Wacky Mart restock, but the item was placed behind the counter - so I asked the staff if they saw enough stock for those in line, he said he could not tell and the only way was to queue, totally neglecting the fact that some may only want to purchase one item, or are in a rush. If the staff were professional they would have explained it properly, instead he just told me off, saying then I think you should just not queue. What a joke - I’m a huge POP MART fan but even this is a new low for me. Not visiting this store again.

Went here on Nov 1 and queued 90 minutes for the labubu bag. It can get very packed in here but staff are very friendly. I got the brown plush flower bag!

The latest POP MART ION Orchard is located at the former OCBC space. Alight at NS22/TE14 Orchard MRT station and head to Exit 3 towards to Wisma Atria. During weekends/Festive Seasons, it is very crowded at any time of point and maybe due to security reasons, they only open small gap entrance for people to patronise their outlet. Advice not to bring any baby pram during this period. It can be very cramped near to the entrance but inside is slightly spacious. They have many POP MART figurine collection. Some of the popular are either sold out or selling fast. The staff is quite friendly and helps the customer to check the price.

Great has most of the things restocked and good costurmer service and the things from there good quality

Big and well designed but doesn't seem to be well stocked . I guess could be a better shopping experience . All the popular toys snatched up by scalpers and resellers , I guess they should make more of the popular ones and stop making those that are always left on the shelves 😕 …

Got a big hole on it and still fighting with the customer service team. They are SUPER unprofessional and keep ignoring your request. Never ever buy anything from pop mart. A definitely gone soon company.
