Chloe is very friendly and delicate, and made a lovely set of nails. Will definitely visit again!

Take care if you are a tourist and if you are told “price at end” for any additional services, be firm on them telling you the cost there and then. The price is already steep $146 SGD for a French Tip pedicure, but when she advised an additional treatment option and I asked for the price 3 times, I was repeatedly told “price at end”. It ended up being an additional $84 SGD on top of the $146, so all together $230 SGD. The pedicure is great, she did a great job, but they 100% knew what they were doing and I left feeling swindled.

My go-to place for a mani-pedi!!!! Love love love the service. I always get the feet treatment too because it makes my feet feel so smooth and nice. Miko’s service always doesn’t disappoint! Highly recommend

Nice, relaxing atmosphere with friendly and highly skilled staff. Tiffany and Chloe were very welcoming. I came as a walk-in and they booked me for a 2pm meeting, so I walked around ION for a bit to kill time. But soon after, they contacted me to let me know that they received a cancellation and that I could come earlier if I want. I ended up having the whole spa to myself, with their undivided attention for a mani-pedi. They were very skilled and equipped with the best tools & tech. What I appreciated the most is that they kept checking each one of my nails AFTER they were done, making sure that there were no damages and fixing any imperfection they saw. They did multiple rounds of checks before officially completing the process, which helped me leave the spa on a confident note.

I just had my nails done here after so long and the lovely lady, Chloe remembers me. I am so impressed! Not only that she was patient and very detailed with her work. I love my new nail color and will definitely come back!

A friend recommended me Nailz Treats at ION, and I have since then been coming here for my mani and pedi. Their staff has been professional and attentive to my requests, and so far I’ve really enjoyed the work and services by Shi Wei and Chloe.

This is my first time getting a manicure, I really like it! I really like the atmosphere of the store. I must also emphasize that Chloe's service is particularly good. She patiently explained to me how to take care of my fingers and match the color of my nails. I will come again!

Extremely disappointed with Nailz Treats @ ION — especially after being a long-time loyal customer. I recently found out that even though I’ve purchased a package with them, they still charge an extra fee to remove gel polish if it was done at another salon. I honestly cannot understand this policy — a gel removal is a gel removal. Why does it matter where I had it done previously? The process is exactly the same, and yet I'm penalized just because it wasn't done at their salon? It’s frustrating and feels like a way to squeeze more money from customers who have already committed by buying a package. I expected better treatment and a fairer approach, especially from a place I’ve supported for so long. This kind of unreasonable policy shows a lack of appreciation for loyal customers, and frankly, it’s enough to make me reconsider ever coming back.
