Hi, I want to complain about an order I made under Order ID 21071028. I called around 12nn+ today to 63458212 to ask roughly what time my order is arriving. I was told that they couldn’t reach the driver. I said we were going out for my Mom’s bday lunch, and they reassured us that the driver will call. The scheduled delivery is between 10am - 2pm. We finished our lunch and no cake came. I received a call at 2pm+ and was told that since u all deliver fresh cake, the driver just picked up the cake at 1:30pm and will arrive between 2pm - 3pm. The cake arrived at 3pm+, I was so disappointed that not only I was lied to on the delivery status on the 1st call, the cake came late and was not in a good condition. I expect the best from ur shop, I patronise it regularly and pay high price for the stuff that u sell. And yet I get this kind of service, have ur Manager call me to explain, thx

Love the bak kwa from Lim Chee Guan. The taste is flavourful and consistent all year round, and without that porky taste. While bak kwa is primarily done with pork, I like the wide variety of meats available here too, like fish, prawn, and beef. The staff is friendly and efficient. They pack the meat in an airtight bag, which is great when you want to bring some overseas.

My first time experiencing Lim Chee Guan is at their store in Orchard, Singapore. And I ordered some of their beef to enjoy it three days later when I go back to my country and the beef still good. The beef is delicious, soft and tasty. Sometimes you have to patiently wait for your turn to order at their store because the queue line is long, but worth the wait.

These guys have awesome bak kwa! Honestly it's that good I had to get some packets to take back to Australia with me. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the different varieties available even chicken & prawn. I'll definitely be back for more on my next trip back to SG!

Well known place for bak kwa. Pretty decent products here- I have tried many different items here and while some are better than others, none have ever been bad. I prefer the bbq meat over the floss, but that's just personal preference. Definitely try the "signature" pork. Also recommend the bbq chicken and beef- those are the top three favorites at our house. I have been on many occasions and have not run into the customer service issues that many other reviewers have mentioned here. Service has always been efficient and without issue, though I would not necessarily describe it as friendly. Around LNY, expect them to sell out- definitely order ahead if you want something in particular or can't visit the store first thing in the morning. You'll likely be disappointed if you don't. Easy online ordering and pickup available, and they offer delivery from their website if you don't feel like coming in person. Overall worth a try. -1 star because it is a little on the expensive side- you can definitely get better options for less money elsewhere, but you're paying for the well known brand name and convenience. Still delicious though!
