I had a really disappointing experience at this store. The staff member helping me didn’t even know how the Ion rewards program works — I had to explain it myself, and even then, she seemed completely confused. All I wanted to do was buy a simple cake, but the process took forever. There was no urgency, no proper service, and it felt like they weren’t trained at all.

I reached out to customer service regarding the quality of their individually packed chocolate biscuits, which had softened and developed a “stale” smell even though they still had 1-2 months left before expiration. To ensure I wasn’t being overly picky, I asked several other people to try them, and they confirmed the same issue. Given that the price of one of these biscuits is almost as much as a whole packet from a common supermarket, I expected better quality. Unfortunately, the customer service representative brushed off my feedback without sincerely apologising and following up except asking for picking up the biscuits tomorrow as if I am waiting for their instruction, saying that the biscuits are selling well which doesn’t mean anything as most people may simply not bother to report issues. If anyone is curious to check for themselves, feel free to PM me for the leftover biscuits to confirm their softened texture and off smell. Disappointing experience, especially at this price point.

Hi, I want to complain about an order I made under Order ID 21071028. I called around 12nn+ today to 63458212 to ask roughly what time my order is arriving. I was told that they couldn’t reach the driver. I said we were going out for my Mom’s bday lunch, and they reassured us that the driver will call. The scheduled delivery is between 10am - 2pm. We finished our lunch and no cake came. I received a call at 2pm+ and was told that since u all deliver fresh cake, the driver just picked up the cake at 1:30pm and will arrive between 2pm - 3pm. The cake arrived at 3pm+, I was so disappointed that not only I was lied to on the delivery status on the 1st call, the cake came late and was not in a good condition. I expect the best from ur shop, I patronise it regularly and pay high price for the stuff that u sell. And yet I get this kind of service, have ur Manager call me to explain, thx

The signature chocolate cake is as good and tasty as always. Love this cake because it's so moist and so rich, which a thick chocolate ganache / cream all over the cake and it is one of my top few comfort foods. Will think of and crave this when there is a milestone in my life or when I am done and experiencing something challenging in my life. It's accompanied me through it all and would highly recommend getting the cake! Only small gripe is the price has risen considerably over the years, but will not say it has become so expensive that it is no longer affordable.

Friend recommended me this shop, I went during my trip to Singapore. Located in busy mall, the shop doesn't have seating. Impressed by the sales guy there, he was full of energy and explained the product very well and entertaining way. Bought dark chocolate almond flavour. Undoubtedly this is the best chocolate shop in Singapore. The taste is very good and hope they open an outlet in my country also.

Ordered the white chocolate creme brulee and triple chocolate almond to go. There was no seating at this branch. The display set was pleasant and aesthetic. The packaging was nice with adorable utensils provided. The white chocolate creme brulee was quite sweet though. Triple chocolate almond was tasty. The cakes were at least $10. Good indulgence.

I've been a big fan of the super stacked chocolate cake ever since it was introduced at Awfully Chocolate. However , it becomes more expensive and the size of one piece getting smaller as compared to the last time I could have it often . Can we have more birthday rewards or promotions ? :)
