I had a very disappointing experience at Chanel Beauty Boutique Orchard. The staff were extremely unprofessional and had a terrible attitude. From the moment I walked in, they looked at me with disinterest and made no effort to greet or assist me. It felt like they were judging me based on my appearance and assuming I wasn’t a serious customer. When I asked about certain products, their responses were cold and dismissive, as if I was bothering them. There was no smile, no product explanation, and absolutely no warmth in their service. I felt completely unwelcome and disrespected. Luxury brands like Chanel are expected to uphold a high standard of customer service, but this store clearly fails to meet that. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat every customer with respect and professionalism, regardless of how they look.
