This outlet has many level to section to go for. Wide selection of thing to shop for the family items and is complete range of stuffs to go through. Many different offers were list in the shop to attract the customers to buy more. The customer service is located at the 5th floor. Find it easier to shop by moving from the elevator in the middle of the shop.

Other then going to Metro or Makan, there is no reason to go to centerpoint. Its pretty quiet and it seems they are not doing very well. It only gets really busy when Metro has sale. Just another average departmental store. They have the usual kids, women, mens, kitchen department. Nice to shop during the weekdays if u want to avoid crowd.

Metro online service is extremely bad. Seems I’m not the only one who came across such case.
Ordered Dyson vacuum on Black Friday. The earliest delivery date is next Friday!... This is ok since you’re not pro on ecommerce. However, they never delivered on the agreed date!!! No customer service hotline! No tracking no.!
When I called department store hotline, there was nobody answered! There is only 1 email address in their website. Emailed them! No reply either!
Then I received a call on sat dinner time saying metro delivery. Please lah, you deliver on 7.30pm on sat evening. Do you expect all buyers will wait for your parcel during dinner time at home! Then the courier said need to reschedule! Metro neither provides customer service hotline Nor email service, then how to reschedule!!!
Until now 2 weeks passed. I haven’t received anything! No wonder metro website dare not activate user review! And from reading other buyers review, I found I’m not the only one!
Lucky metro was formed in 1973, they will die within a year if keep providing such bad service in ecommerce era!

This was first time at this outlet of metro. But the customer experience here is going to make me come back soon. The staff is friendly and helpful. The variety is huge in every section. I would rate it above the Paragon outlet. Would definitely come back for shopping here more often 👍 …

It used to be a popular haunt during the 80s but ever since Takashimaya open and Robinson moved out, it has been quite quiet. But Metro has always been quite good in that they come out with discounts and the household items are not too bad here.

Everything you want is under one roof, from kitchen to bedroom,living hall and clothes, shoes, accessories to meet everyone's needs or wants.
Always wait for their sale campaign which is much worth it.

I visited the store on Saturday, 26th July 2025 around 7pm and was served by Yaya. Her customer service was excellent! She was knowledgeable, attentive, and really took the time to understand my needs before recommending suitable products. I appreciated how she wasn’t pushy at all and instead focused on what would work best for me. Thank you, Yaya, for the great service!

End of their lease for them in 2019, soon to be taken over by Decathlon. Good place to get some bargains. They had a good range of bedding, toys and especially household products and kitchenware. Friendly staff, and a comfortable environment to shop in. Prices were sometimes not the best but the products were of good quality, especially their housebrands. They are having a good clearance sale now

Very good service and not crowded, unlike other popular malls. There is almost always a storewide 20% sale (including cosmetics dept) on weekends if you are a member. Very good deals. Centrepoint branch has an extensive household and kitchenware department.

Went there for shopping with my wife. The metro department was so crowded. Yes, the items are selling at a crazy discount. Managed to by a wallet, a belt and a spectacles cover. Queueing for the cashier was another challenge.
