Sent in my Pandora bracelet for cleaning on Friday - April 5. Collected it today April 6. The outcome of the bracelet is worse than when I sent it in. Stained discoloured spots on areas that were originally not there were noticed. Big joke that my bracelet was returned in worse condition that before after two days She gave me a card for a more thorough cleaning but had to pay for that service. If Pandora cannot do a proper cleaning or match up their after sales service, please do not offer such extra after care cleaning service to the clients On the other hand, APM.Monaco at Paragon cleaned my rings till it's like the original condition within an hour a week ago That's the huge difference in after sales care service attitude and quality. That is the expected after sales service and care if business wants continued return of clients to buy their products. Totally disappointed with Pandora at Ion and will never buy any more products from Pandora worldwide from to-date onwards.
