Purchased my very first Pandora bracelet here and was assisted by Tony. In contrast to the reviews I've read so far, Tony's service is excellent. He was very patient as I chose the size of my bracelet and taking out a lot of charms for me to try on. In the middle of doing so, he even encountered some rude customers who were requesting something that's not SOP from Pandora but he handled the situation calmly and respectfully. He was very thorough in explaining how Pandora's warranty works and answered my questions patiently despite the store being so busy due to the sale they were having. Definitely recommend going to this store and finding Tony to assist you 😊 A bonus wouldn't hurt Tony so Pandora maybe you can come through with an incentive for him 😉

I would like to express my great disappointment as I was at the shop last week with my mother. I was finding a match ring with my beloved mother and my fingers are bigger in size compared to my mothers. As a lady/customer I would expect an understanding and patient staff. However I encountered a staff named Auttajuk, she was really rude and a bit impatient upon serving us especially her tone of voice while talking to my mother as if my mother owed her a living. as I tried on the ring sized she was frustrated as the 1st ring she brought out was way to small for my size and she also mentioned that I have a "MEATY FINGER"?! is that even a way to describe a customer's finger? and are these the ways to treat your customers??

Inferior customer service, especially from male staff who stood there without assisting, or more of selective assistance provided (might be based on age/dressing). Moreover, he was confused when questioned about their own range of products. Didn't feel welcomed, minimal assistance on their products except being given a catalogue.

Service was abysmal. Just a tip, making your potential customers uncomfortable by being passive aggressive actually makes them want to leave instead of making a purchase. Judging by the recent 1 star reviews, maybe management should consider hiring people or actually training them. What a joke.

Sent in my Pandora bracelet for cleaning on Friday - April 5. Collected it today April 6. The outcome of the bracelet is worse than when I sent it in. Stained discoloured spots on areas that were originally not there were noticed. Big joke that my bracelet was returned in worse condition that before after two days She gave me a card for a more thorough cleaning but had to pay for that service. If Pandora cannot do a proper cleaning or match up their after sales service, please do not offer such extra after care cleaning service to the clients On the other hand, APM.Monaco at Paragon cleaned my rings till it's like the original condition within an hour a week ago That's the huge difference in after sales care service attitude and quality. That is the expected after sales service and care if business wants continued return of clients to buy their products. Totally disappointed with Pandora at Ion and will never buy any more products from Pandora worldwide from to-date onwards.

We purchased red heart necklace and earring set and the staff who assisted us had no concept of service. It was just so interesting to see how sales person can be so rude and seemed so angry. We only spend 5 min to choose the gift and she didn’t even put an effort to explain about membership or even have a gesture to put gift card inside the envelope. I had to ask. Service score minus 10.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Boutique Manager Marcus and his team. During my visits to the boutique, I had the pleasure of being served by Marcus, Joanne, Roland, and Angie on separate occasions. Each of them was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to guide me through various Omega watch models and recommend options that perfectly suited my needs and lifestyle. Marcus’s passion for the Omega brand was truly inspiring, and it further solidified my confidence in the company. Unlike other boutiques, the experience at the Omega Ion boutique was never about sales pressure; it was about genuine enthusiasm for watches. After two hours of insightful discussions, I left with an Omega timepieces that I am thrilled with. I highly recommend this boutique to anyone seeking an exceptional and immersive “Omega Experience.”

My 1st visit was attended by Joanne and she had helped with my enquiries with patient and friendly manner creating a pleasant experience as a walk-in customer with them. Joanne have helped me with my second purchase too and she consistently assisted me with professional and excellent service. Definitely a pleasant journey purchasing from them and Joanne is highly recommended person to help you even from the beginning. Looking forward for another visits and purchase to create a great collection of mine!

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at the Omega boutique, which came as quite a surprise given how often Omega boutiques are described online as reputable, welcoming, and informative. Upon arrival, I informed the sales executive that I was interested in trying on and learning more about a few watches. However, I was never invited to sit down and was left standing throughout the entire interaction, which lasted about 10–15 minutes. The engagement felt superficial and perfunctory, with the salesperson providing little to no information about the timepieces. The most off-putting moment came when I asked if there were any differences—beyond the obvious—between the date and no-date versions of the Seamaster Diver. I expected some insight into the movement or design philosophy behind each variant. Instead, I was met with an incredulous look and a curt, dismissive response: “Ah, it’s just that one has a date window and the other doesn’t.” I was allowed to try on a few more watches, but again, no meaningful details (apart from waterproof rating and sizing) or storytelling were shared. This lackluster interaction stood in stark contrast to my experiences at other boutiques nearby, both from brands of higher and lower price points, where I was warmly welcomed and given deep insights into not just the watches, but also the brand heritage—even after clarifying I wasn’t planning to buy that day. As an admirer of Omega’s design and engineering, I was genuinely looking forward to visiting the boutique and engaging with their timepieces in person. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the reputation I had heard so much about.

I entered the Ion boutique store in the morning while the cleaning process was going on. I was the first customer. I was looking at the products , then Gary approached me and I completed the transaction purchasing a 28mm ladies watch from the Constellation line .I had a pleasant experience. Gary updated me on the after sales services and different aspects of the brand as well . Thank you .
