Good service experiene at store! The products are so nice and fashionable too! At first I don't intend buy anything, but the staffs were very friendly, consult me the suitable and trending stuff I really like it, and like the way them take care the customers. Result I buy a bracelet for me and my sister. 😂 Hope to visit there soon!😇😇😇

I was served by Crystal, who was incredibly helpful and patient as I explored options for my very first Pandora purchase. As someone new to the brand, I really appreciated how she took the time to answer my questions and guide me without any pressure. I went to ION Pandora for an engraving, and Crystal was really helpful. She was very informative and patient, even as my partner and I took some time to decide on the design. Plus, her jovial attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable.

Inferior customer service, especially from male staff who stood there without assisting, or more of selective assistance provided (might be based on age/dressing). Moreover, he was confused when questioned about their own range of products. Didn't feel welcomed, minimal assistance on their products except being given a catalogue.

Excellent service. Most of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Angie and the gentleman who helped us resize a watch and also explained some features of the watch even though we didn’t buy it in that store.

I went to this Omega dealer for the first time, asked about the Speedmaster First Omega In Space and they happened to have one piece. Gary Tay showed me the watch as well as other pieces. After trying on the watch, I purchased the FOIS. Gary was very patient and knowledgeable. His advice helped me to decide with no pressure. He is a good guy and highly recommend seeing him if you are interested in Omega. [Update] I am back again at my OB as I got the call from Gary Tay about a Speedmaster 321 Ed White.
