Went there on 27 march around 3pm. Got this one lady staff serves me. At first i request for my usual shoe size then after try i want to change to bigger size. I told her nicely and as she turn she do annoying face like hello miss i can see u???at least do ur 'stupid' face where the customer cannot see la. Plus it only 2 time request not 100 time .Im grateful for this guy staff for helping me after on (i didnt catch his name)🙏🏻

The staffs here are very unprofessional and rude. Even though this outlet has the most variety of products so far, if your customer service is bad, you don’t deserve customers. Literally saw other customers asking for help with products but the staffs just ignore and continue with their own stuffs, some even just stand there and daydream. Speechless.

stayed for more than 30min because we asked 1 staff for a pair of shoe and it took forever so we ended up asking 4 different staff for one pair of shoe just to try the size and they did not bring it out at all. we already told them that we asked the previous staff to take it and yet they didn't take it. (10 march 2025)

came in on 10/03/25 to try the size for a pair of heels i’ve been eyeing, however staff were crowded at one corner and was hard to make eye contact with them. waited 10 mins for it and had to ask another staff if the shoe was getting picked but to no avail. waited for another 20 mins and decided to walk out. just bought my shoes online instead, hope it fits

came in and all staffs were crowded at one corner. no one approached us hence i had to walk over to ask for help EVEN THOUGH we gestured for help. one of the staff that helped us, made it seem like she wna get things over and done with as well. terrible service, rather shop online.

Cool little Japanese cake shop. The sweets are immaculately presented and tasted as good as they looked. They also have a nice range of Japanese ice creams for a good price. Typical Japanese quality and attention to detail. Visited many times during our stay in Singapore.

It was my mom’s birthday and we were just looking at the glass panel to see which cake is the most appealing one. The middle aged female staff came to assist to tell us about the new time limited cake. (Look at the picture) it is $45 for the Japanese Melon Fluer, when my dad payed at the cashier charged $55 without saying anything. When I asked the middle aged female staff why we were charged $55, she said because the one we took was with Hokkaido cream. But in the display, it clearly stated $45. I cannot stand how rude the lady was when I asked her why it’s charged differently from the display, her attitude was so bad . her tone was super condescending and she argued back in a very annoyance tone ‘this one hokkaido cream is more expensive’ but hello?? the display says it’s $45. anyways my dad was being kind, but this is unacceptable attitude and wrong advertisement coming from a staff who clearly knows that the ‘Hokkaido cream’ will be more expensive but put the display of $45 cake. Please do something about your training your staff and their attitudes. We are just here to buy a cake for my mom’s birthday.

This is a favourite brand of mine for cakes but this outlet female staff attitude was bad. More on that. The male staff by the cashier was very kind when attending to us. Ensuring the box sits nicely. Firstly we asked if the box is chargeable, her tone changed showing signs of slight displeasure regarding the question. When we decided on a cake, we requested for a cake in the back fridge than the one displayed at the front. She mentions their outlet do carry that. Her attitude changed, passing remarks not to "lecture" or "scold" her because the cake is frozen. The reason we opt for that cake because we are consuming it the next day. As this information was conveyed to us and we accepted the condition. It is rude for such uncalled remarks when we have never raised tone throughout the process. Usually other outlets do ask if we require candles if it's for a birthday celebration. She didn't ask and I had to request for it. The packing for those candles was terrible as it's been only held by a small tape. Usually a small clear bag will help contain the candles and bag. If she's present at this outlet, I will think twice, this franchise have never dissapointed me until today.

I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have my go-to favorite, the chocolate mochi. I tried the chocolate gateau instead, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. That said, the staff were incredibly friendly and patient, which made the visit a pleasant overall!
