Even though the store was crowded, Morris took time to come to me and help me get the pairs of boots to try. The outlet ended up not having the size I needed. So he also helped reserved a pair for me at Vivo. Thank you so much Morris!

Taking this opportunity to thank Anthony at Charlie & Keith Ion Orchard Outlet. Anthony has shown excellent customer service by assisting with every request, and he also went the extra mile by checking the stocks of every outlet for me. He shows great knowledge of the products and is able to provide recommendations - I chose a bag, and Anthony suggested a colour which I like, I checked it online, and it was out of stock, but I did I purchased the same bag in another colour. Anthony is also solution-focused. He provided a great suggestion - I wanted to buy a pair of shoes at the outlet. With the different orders (online order and Instore), Anthony recommended I purchase online. I was able to get an online discount, and it helped lighten my load. Very unprofessional of the long hair staff to give black face in front of customer.. She even said something nasty to another colleague at the cashier. The other staff was so embarassed that she didn’t say anything! The Indonesian customer in front of me even asked another staff if that long hair staff is angry.. Sorry to say. This long hair staff definately needs some customer service training.

Went there on 27 march around 3pm. Got this one lady staff serves me. At first i request for my usual shoe size then after try i want to change to bigger size. I told her nicely and as she turn she do annoying face like hello miss i can see u???at least do ur 'stupid' face where the customer cannot see la. Plus it only 2 time request not 100 time .Im grateful for this guy staff for helping me after on (i didnt catch his name)🙏🏻

The staff was nice at first before i was asking for exchange. I didn’t catch her name. After i asked for an exchange for my bag that i bought from jewel, the attitude changed. She was rude, no more smile, not even response when i said thank you. Hello? Is it bad to ask for exchange when we are not satisfied with the product? So different compared to the staff from jewel branch.

Hi, my receipt number is ION0101155233. Just wanted to feedback on the good service by this young boy. I forgot to ask for his name. I am not sure to buy or not as the PU leather may not last. Hence I came from Charles and Keith at Taka and did not make the purchase. But he commented that if it’s any small issues, I can always bring back to Charles and Keith to see if the store can help. That kind of help address my concern. Like to commend him for his patience and good service.

My family has always enjoyed cakes from Chateraise. Today, I was at the ION Orchard branch to buy a cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The lady at the cashier curtly asked if I wanted a plastic bag. I said yes. I was told it's chargeable. I then asked what's the rationale was, since usually this practice is at establishments such as supermarkets where lots of plastic bags are used. She just replied crudely that it's just a shop policy. Then she turned away and ignored me. I was the only one in the shop. Firstly, I don't understand this practice by a cake shop. Even neighborhood bread shops don't practice this. Secondly, the staff can be more courteous when replying to my queries and feedback. First rude staff I've encountered at a Chateraise store.

🟨 Bought a number of roll wafers, senbei and fruit jelly gifts for my relatives from Chateraise's Ion mall outlet.💓 The gifts are well packaged and tastes good. 🟩 At times, I also get cakes from this outlet. I love their sponge cream cakes, which are very fluffy and soft. ✅️ Chateraise Ion is one of my favourite places to buy gifts for people.

Collected 2 boxes of double fantasy today, and the customer service was exemplary. I called to postpone my collection by one day and the staff kindly helped me to keep in freezer! Hence the puffs were crispy when I had them and distributed to colleagues 10/10. Generous in ice packs as well for my large order

My family’s favourite cakes for every occasions. Have bought their cakes for my relatives as well and they are well loved by people of all ages. There are a number of outlets in Singapore so it’s quite convenient. When I crave for a particular cake, I would call to check the availability and had asked for their help to reserve while I head over to store to pick up. Service has always been great and staff is helpful. Over all, always a good experience with Chateraise. There are seasonal cakes and tarts as well that are super fresh and yummy. Keep a look out, my personal favourite is the strawberry tart, cute panda cake and the Swiss rolls. They are just so yummy!
