I have always loved royce chocolate. But however try not to go before closing time at ion store. Because this male staff seems impatient and not really happy.

Guerlain Santal Pao Rosa Just picked up my first bottle of Guerlain Santal Pao Rosa, and it’s everything I hoped for. The creamy sandalwood and delicate rose create a rich yet balanced scent that feels both sophisticated and comforting. It’s the perfect balance of strength and elegance — exactly how I like to present myself. A huge thank you to Kai Ming, Fragrance Expert, for the recommendation. The team at Guerlain is truly exceptional — knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about their craft. It made the whole experience even more memorable.

I visited the Guerlain store at ION to redeem a sample of their latest serum, and I was extremely disappointed by the service or rather, the complete lack of it from most of the staff. When I arrived, there was a small line at the booth with two staff members present: a trainee and a supervisor named Asmanirah (as shown on their name tags). The trainee was assisting customers, but Asmanirah seemed completely uninterested in helping. Despite a second iPad sitting unused right next to her, she ignored the line (which included myself and two other ladies ) and instead spent her time fiddling with products at the booth. Worse still, she soon walked off to join a group of three other staff, chatting and laughing among themselves. The store was otherwise empty except for one other customer who was already being attended to, so there was absolutely no reason for this neglect. What really bothered me was the impression of discrimination: I and the two other ladies waiting were non-Chinese (all Filipino), and we were left standing there for over 15 minutes. Yet as soon as two Chinese women queued behind us, both Asmanirah and another staff member rushed over with their iPads to assist them almost immediately — giving the clear impression they were prioritizing customers based on race or appearance. This experience was unprofessional and deeply disappointing, especially from someone who appears to be a supervisor. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, like I was seen as a freeloader simply because I came to redeem a sample. The only positive was the Chinese trainee who eventually helped me; she was friendly and professional throughout. I expected much better from a luxury brand like Guerlain. Management should train staff to treat all customers with the same respect and courtesy — regardless of whether they’re redeeming a sample or making a purchase, and regardless of race or ethnicity. Experiences like this make potential customers feel undervalued and unwelcome.

Had a fantastic experience at the Guerlain boutique at ION. The ambiance was elegant and welcoming. A special shoutout to Annabelle, she was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire visit a pleasure. Her service truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend this boutique for anyone looking for premium fragrances and top-notch service.

Excellent service attitude, spacious shopping environment, and a wide variety of products to choose from. I especially love their facial services, where they generously use a large amount products, leaving the skin soft and radiant.

I was attended by Kai Ming today. He advises on which lipstick colour suits me better than what is the trendy colour now. His explanation on perfume is very detailed and very informative

Picked up my first bottle of fragrances from the house of Guerlain and was greeted with immense hospitality and kindness from the staff. Would like to drop a review to especially give shoutout to Kai Ming, who has helped me tremendously with my purchase. Will most definitely be back!

I am very impressed with the team of their high level of service in both products and facial services. Especially my appointed SA name Hans . He will always advise me the best choice of savings and never pushy to get me buy anything more than i should. Facial thumbs up for May, the sweet lady with her skilful hands for facial. The salon gave a very warm welcome and always greeted by the team with their integrity smile. Impeccable service 👍 Also to highlight that In every event they held, Guerlain gives out very attractive and generous door gifts.

Lovely boutique to explore all the luxurious perfumes of Guerlain. Catherine, one of the sales associates, is really helpful and knowledgeable.

Have been a loyal Guerlain customer for many year. So happy that Guerlain has set up facials boutiques in Singapore. I'd like to commend Hans for his warm and personal services, and commend May for her relaxing facial skills. I like their perfumes, skincare and makeup products, they are top quality and effective!
