Welcoming staff; knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Non-pushy also and willing to explain the range of shoes + each of its pros and cons transparently. Recommends shoes fit to your needs and running style/habits. This is a more fully equipped store compared to the other one at Raffles City as it is the flagship for Singapore. You can find the more top end racing shoes and also the mid range trainers. Spacious space to allow for shoe testing but would be great if they have a treadmill nonetheless.

I was attended by Tristan on my 1st visit to Hoka store. He let me try difference sizes of bondi 9 & transport per his recommendation, also make sure i get the right size which was not available. I really appreciate his patience, not pushy for sales, knowledgeable & sincere. I bought both pairs in my next visit. Wish Hoka has more of him in other outlets which my experiences were different. I would recommend Hoka Ion Orchard.

Went to this shop the first time. Never tried Hoka shoes before. Afiq from the store attended to me and man, I have never had such great service in my life before! He scanned my feet, let me try 4-5 pairs of shoes with no obligation, explained technical details/knowledge to me, and even shared knowledge about other shoe brands. I nearly bought a shoe because of Afiq, but they don't have my size. Highly recommend this shop because of Afiq! Do come to this store!

Omg finally I can buy a Kaha in Singapore!! 😬😬😬I’m so stoked! Here’s me trying out Kaha 3 women & men’s version! At Orchard Ion, Ritz was very patience in answering my call when I called the store to ask for stock and size availability. Have a superb shopping experience that I bought a Kaha 3 and Anacapa 2 Low GTX! Happy HOKA fan!!

Today was a memorable day as my wife finally got her dream pair of Hoka shoes from the Hoka store in ION Orchard Mall. She had been wanting these shoes for a long time, but the price made her wait. The moment she put them on, we knew it was worth it. The comfort and design are unmatched! Our shopping experience was made even better by the fantastic service from the shoe seller. They were incredibly helpful, offering tips and allowing her to try on multiple sizes to ensure the perfect fit. Their patience and professionalism made the process smooth and enjoyable. Seeing her happiness after this purchase was priceless. Hoka has definitely exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend visiting their store at ION Orchard for top-notch service and quality footwear!

No complaints about products, however I would like to feedback about the service. On the day of visit it took half an hour just to pay. There was one person in front of me at the cashier only and the sales assistant seems to have a lot to type at the registry. The ion rewards system was not set up and we had to wait for that too. Hoping for a smoother experience next time, thanks!

Bought before the massage oil is good and works for relaxing and moisturising . Friendly staff too
