Dropped in this location last night with my wife. We were trying to determine if they had her size which needed to be B width, standard width. The sales associate we were speaking on this was very rushed and was speaking very fast as well, it was hard to understand him as a result, at one point as my wife was trying to clarify this he said in a frustrated tone with his arms out something "dont have lah"...my wife felt really upset after that, I tried to clarify this with the associate and asked him to slow down when he was speaking, we finally got our answer, they had no shoes in that side/width. I realize people are stressed and busy in these jobs but these kind of experiences can forever change a customers opinion of a store and a brand too.

Came for shoes, stayed for the attitude. Staff (skinny guy in cap - appeared in a few negative reviews) at Hoka ION were so pushy I thought I was being recruited, not shopping. Asked a question, got eye rolls and condescension. Ended up buying from New Balance—at least they let me finish a sentence. Asics too—friendly, helpful, no drama. Hoka shoes might be comfy, but the service here? Painful.

Today was a memorable day as my wife finally got her dream pair of Hoka shoes from the Hoka store in ION Orchard Mall. She had been wanting these shoes for a long time, but the price made her wait. The moment she put them on, we knew it was worth it. The comfort and design are unmatched!
Our shopping experience was made even better by the fantastic service from the shoe seller. They were incredibly helpful, offering tips and allowing her to try on multiple sizes to ensure the perfect fit. Their patience and professionalism made the process smooth and enjoyable.
Seeing her happiness after this purchase was priceless. Hoka has definitely exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend visiting their store at ION Orchard for top-notch service and quality footwear!

Went to this shop the first time. Never tried Hoka shoes before. Afiq from the store attended to me and man, I have never had such great service in my life before! He scanned my feet, let me try 4-5 pairs of shoes with no obligation, explained technical details/knowledge to me, and even shared knowledge about other shoe brands. I nearly bought a shoe because of Afiq, but they don't have my size. Highly recommend this shop because of Afiq! Do come to this store!

Welcoming staff; knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Non-pushy also and willing to explain the range of shoes + each of its pros and cons transparently. Recommends shoes fit to your needs and running style/habits. This is a more fully equipped store compared to the other one at Raffles City as it is the flagship for Singapore. You can find the more top end racing shoes and also the mid range trainers. Spacious space to allow for shoe testing but would be great if they have a treadmill nonetheless.

1-Jun-2025 Sunday morning attended by Tristan. He is simply amazing! Positive energy, sunshine attitude, professional, knowledgeable, service with a smile, he helped my Ma and Pa in their 70s trying on multiple sizes to find the best fit. We purchased Clifton 10 wide. Same style for both my parents. Even though it is displayed under Men’s but nowadays who cares right? As long as we like the Color and style most importantly, then it is about finding the size with the best fit for the person who wears the shoe. I am glad we have Tristan who is super patient and open minded to serve us. Next time I go to HOKA ION orchard I will be sure to look for Tristan.
