I’ve consistently had wonderful experiences at the Leica Shop ION over the years. Initially, I visited to get an LCD glass protector for my new Leica Q2 after purchasing it from an authorized seller in Funan. The staff were incredibly helpful, making my visit pleasant. I returned on August 8, 2021, to get a camera strap and was well-served by Isaac Low. Recently, I bought a pre-loved M10 from the Raffles shop, and when they didn’t have the LCD display protector, I came back to ION. As always, the team was excellent, allowing me to try the 50mm f2 Summicron lens on my M10. My latest visit during the 2024 Black Friday sale was no exception—Jesmond and Isaac provided outstanding service as I purchased my first Leica MP 0.72 film camera. Thank you all for consistently delivering top-notch service!

Okay idk why this place has bad reviews. I had a very pleasant experience. Ordering was super easy on the screens and you can pay right there, too. My order went through and she started making it right away. I got the gym junkie and added whey protein with low fat milk. Also added the immune booster since lots of travel lately. It tastes delicious. Protein smoothies here for you traveling gym rats who want an upgraded smoothie to treat yourself after that pump.

I buy boost daily whenever I visit SGand I am leaving this 1 star review because they are understaffed and demanded exact amount for payment with cash at this location. This policy is not tourist friendly as we are avoiding high exchange rate imppsed by the card issuer. I hope they will resolve this issue and regard actual money as money.

Service 1 star because I ordered before 3 people and they were able to get their orders before me. They have queue numbers but are not following the order. Pls do better!
