Wilson is a very friendly relations consultant at Patek Philippe Ion. I bought my first Patek Philippe from him and the follow up service was excellent. Ordered two extra straps with his help. His knowledge on all the different models is also very good and he takes the time to show me the watches. Overall the boutique in Ion is my favourite PP outlet to visit whenever in the area. Do look for him if you are keen in knowing more about PP heritage and watches.

When I visited PP at ION, I wasn’t sure which watch to choose — but June Lim made the experience easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly patient, asked the right questions to understand my needs, and recommended the perfect model. I absolutely love my new watch. June also provides excellent after-sales service, such as helping with time adjustments that I’m not very familiar with. Highly recommend visiting PP at ION and speaking with June for her thoughtful recommendations and support!

Gina Koh made my purchase an extremely personable experience, she knows her stuff and that was the reason we purchased a PP Calatrava with Cortina, although we were also offered the same watch at another retailer. She is ernest in her communication and makes Cortina an AD different from the others. Good job in making watch buying not a task but a pleasure all together.

I have been following Patek @ ION for the past years, never fail to impress me with the high level of stocks availability showcased in the boutique, and was served by Ms Gina, who always shows professional services, well trained technical knowledge on Patek products, and even Patek's history. Visited the newly renovated ION branch early Sunday morning, very pleasant shopping experience. Warmly greeted by friendly staff, especially Jessie, who gave lots of recommendations and advice while I looked around. Was looking for a phone pouch and ended up buying a bag for my mum as well. Though they didnt have the color in stock, Jessie helped to bring over from another outlet w/o delay. Overall an enjoyable shopping experience, will definitely come again. 😀

You can get great customer service here , friendly staff who allow you to browse , take a closer look at items and make constructive suggestions . Keep up the good work.

Visited this store to check if I could return a defective bag I bought from their overseas boutique and was quite shocked by the way the staff here received me. It drew so much attention to an already embarrassing situation of having a defective bag inspected (and then being told it looked like deliberate mishandling). The male staff member kept repeating that it looked like a cut instead of a defect and I told him I understood why he refused to take my item in, but was it really necessary to have so many staff members standing around looking at me? Some privacy and tactfulness would have been appreciated. When I first came in, only 1 staff member was visible in the shop. While having my torn bag inspected, suddenly more staff started appearing to stare at my bag. One staff lady asked why I didn’t check the condition of the bag in the overseas store first. Why would anyone anticipate receiving a defective product purchased from a legitimate Longchamp store? I already felt frustrated that this defect was discovered only when I had flown back to Singapore. I left feeling much worse than when I came in, and was made to feel stupid that I didn’t discover this defect much earlier. Contacted the original store I bought this from and they have yet to reply. My partner will be calling the boutique to liaise directly as I can’t imagine having to go through this embarrassment again. Please do better by your customers Longchamp ION. 1 star for the male staff who was patiently explaining why he couldn’t take in my item.

Vince is a GEM! 🌟 This isn’t my first time being served by Vince and honestly? He’s the reason I keep coming back. His service is consistently warm, thoughtful, and genuine. I’ve had experiences where I popped into the store but politely walked back out… because Vince wasn’t around. 😅 That’s how much I value the way he makes the shopping experience feel personal and unrushed. He remembers what I’ve been eyeing, gives honest recommendations, and even takes note of stock updates for me. Despite being on his way to lunch, he still stayed and attended to me with a smile (and a joke or two…. Vince is lowkey hilarious). That level of kindness and inclusivity? Rare. Really rare. So yes, I might walk in for a bag, but it’s Vince’s service that makes it feel like coming home. Thank you for making the experience not just luxury but heartfelt 💖
