Michelle of Aesop Ion is exceptional. She knows the products and is thus able to recommend the most suitable ones for me. She listens patiently - which is so important. I’ve used a range of products from hair, body, skin care to room sprays, incenses and colognes. She never fails to inform me of new or upcoming products. I was served by Fionne who is always patiently explaining the different models to me when I visited the store. Beyond the brick and mortar store service, she even patiently conversed with me over the phone in models that I come across, attended to my queries, and suggested models that might meet what I am looking for. Appreciate the great service! I’m back again to visit the store in 2025. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Fionne at the Patek Philippe boutique in ION Orchard, and I must say—her service is truly exceptional. She was incredibly patient and warm, and her positive energy when introducing the 2025 Watches and Wonders novelties was absolutely infectious! Fionne has strong product knowledge and took the time to thoughtfully walk me through each timepiece, including the new Cubitus in its elegant 40mm dimension. She helped me analyze what would be the most suitable watch for my lifestyle and preferences, which I greatly appreciated. Every visit to Patek Philippe is a treat, but Fionne’s friendly and genuine approach makes it even more special. Was very pleased with my purchase at the boutique. Richard provided exceptional service and made me feel comfortable and welcomed during my purchase. He was friendly and professional throughout our talk. He also taught me how to set the watch and changed my strap to the extra colored piece provided. Overall, I'm super pleased with my purchase experience and couldnt be happier with my timepiece. 10/10
