Mos Burger at Ion Orchard is located at Basement 4 of Ion Orchard. It is convenient to reach by MRT train, car or bus. This branch is of a regular size and various seating plans (tables and bench). There are two self-service kiosk towards the exit/entrance of the place. It took about 15 to 20min for the food to be collected. The tea maintained its consistency and quality throughout different branches.

Having our MOS burger is the best. Yakiniku and okonomiyaki cooked to best taste. Rice burger is served hot, soft rice and chewy texture. Many seating place and clean. We did not managed to drink clam chowder, sold out. Easy to order from machine and make payment. Short waiting time to receive your food.

Self service ordering tried the Chik Kut Teh rice burger set. Burger Unique taste passable with dark soy sauce lady finger and chill but probably won’t try again pass the novelty. Pandan kaya balls very oily deep fried. Environment warm maybe little crowd and aircon having issues?

Why the change the way your MOS Burger is served? There used to be an ample serving of the meat sauce with the burger - that’s what makes it a MOS Burger as compared to your usual cheeseburger. Maybe deciding to serve the sauce separately is becos the burger might get too mushy? Then please for goodness sake give the proper amount. Look at the cup given to me for my whole burger. Half of that small sauce container. Bread was dry and cold. Service staff was full of attitude (bad not good), busy chitchatting behind the counter rather than focusing on getting the orders out. For the prices you are charging, the food portion & quality is very disappointing.

Great first impressions. I came at dinner time just before 8pm on a Thursday. I struggled to pay attention the self service so I walked up and ordered at the counter. No queues. Staff was friendly. I got a yakiniku rice burger for $4.80. I noticed there were small bottles of hand-sanitizer, thinking they sold them, but to my surprise when I asked, the staff game me two! A few minutes wait for the burger. Portion size not big but I wasn’t super hungry. Beef was sweet, savory and yummy. Rice was brushed lightly with a sauce but no attempt to grill it so remained largely flavourless. Came with nice big piece of lettuce. Overall burger was ok but service and interior deco was nice.

The chocolate pudding had only a small amount of chocolate. So STINGY! The stall operator or cashier always offer free drink with the purchase of a 6 or 12-pack of donuts, but later revealed that the drink was NOT FREE actually. Unethical! Drink is NOT FREE. To avoid paying for an unwanted beverage, it's best to inform them that you only want the donuts and they would reduce price without the drink.
