New purchase 511 slim fit jeans from Levi's, the quality is very poor. All the fraying and fuzzy thread are very obvious on waistband area. have been told that all jeans are like this. If you are not a brand-conscious, please choose other brands. Very disappointed on this reputable & trusted brand fooling your customer. Never again

This outlet makes me conflicted how many stars I should give. On one hand the decor is beautifully designed with woody tones and “natural” elements, but somehow it feels cold and not so welcoming - the mixed lighting temperatures feel abit off and the air is stale. I really love the large wooden table but the power outlet has been sealed with ugly tape. The wooden stems and fake leaves look nice from afar but very artificial up close and it blocks the visibility of the order and pickup counter which is probably not ideal for a self-service fast food outlet. The “office” lighting in the cold and dull kitchen with all the steel equipment visible from the seating area makes it feel hospital-esque, feels as if you’re looking into the operating theatre or a morgue. For a fast food restaurant the food sure takes a long time to prepare, but when it finally arrived the food was nice and warm and yummy. The new spicy chicken burger was delicious, and the mos fish burger is a classic must-order.

Visited Mos Burger close to closing time and wanted to order a couple of items. The self manned machines did not allow for customisation of burgers but the chef at the counter was kind enough to manually take down the customisation after I made payment via self manned machine and asked if it was possible. Even the food that was for takeaway was placed in such a neat and orderly manner to bring home without any spillage and packed nicely. Staff were really polite. Good food , great service would definitely come again!

The burger meat was on the fatty side, but the taste was decent, not too salty, which I appreciated. Service was moderately fast, and the staff were polite and courteous.

Thought I'd give MOS Burger a try today, Have seen it on YouTube etc. We don't have this back in Australia. The burgers were fresh and service was good, However taste was pretty average. I would definitely come back but not something that's I'd rave about.

OK prices have gone up I understand that. Have eaten at this chain regularly for years now maybe once every 2 months or so. But since when do you need to ask for napkins? And when you do ask you get a single sheet. Hmmm Not a deal breaker but seems a bit off putting.

For around $10 at ION Orchard, you can get a burger with fries and a drink. If you’re short of time and have to grab something nearby, this is a decent spot because there’s ample seating available. Nothing fancy, but at least it doesn’t feel as unhealthy as some other fast food options. Of course, if you’ve got the time then please find someplace else. But for the accessibility, availability and decent taste, it passes.

I requested for extra sauce on the spicy chili dog.. And not like this is my first time requesting for extra sauce.. And there she goes (MOS staff) YES! this is already with extra sauce (only this ION staff seems to treat the sauce like gold) Unfortunately I got the wrong staff.. (Indian female) I don't care if you are not friendly or you unhappy, as long as you behind the counter.. You deal with it! The space untidy and filled with crumbs.. I have to clean my own seat to brush away the crumbs MOS folks you need to be more proactive.. Being grumpy in the kitchen isn't going to clean the space Thanks for the hard work

the spinach vegetable shake is SO GOOD 😭😭 this better be a permanent item on the menu it tastes like a matcha frappe but with a hint of carrot! (they used freeze dried vegetables when I saw them preparing the drink, and the okra was crispy) highly recommend trying the vegetable menu! can't wait to drink it again (but the new chili crab burger wasn't very good :") the sauce was way too little and imitation crab was used)

Tried their carrot vegetable waffle, it was so good. nice taste, carrot taste if can be stronger will be even better
